Positive: Good value, simple but clean room near bike path. Lock up bike storage available, 300 metres from rooms.

Negative: Manky wet carpet smell in corridor but room was fine.

Positive: The location was overlooking a canal. Good choice at breakfast.

Negative: We did not realise that you had to check in at the main hotel a 5 minute walk away. We also had to have breakfast there. It was pouring rain so we got soaked. Then we had to walk back. We also had to return to drop the card key back but where in the car then. I think we would have had a look around the town if it hadn't been raining as it looked nice.

Summary: Adequate room, lovely view.
