Positive: Great Hotel we had a large room with views of the forest and town, very good breakfast and evening meal, the terrace is great for a beer after being on your bike all day
Negative: It said on the booking details only rooms without carpet are allowed dogs, our room had carpet and had a strong smell of dog

Positive: We stayed one night with our cat and it was great. Great location, very close to Vianden Castle and the Victor Hugo's Museum, for example. The Staff was very friendly. Breakfast lives up to its price. It offers a variety of items, although not of categories.
Negative: The TV is a bit old. It could be modern with streaming options, but according to my wife it's my fault for forgetting to bring the Chromecast. Second and last thing, I wish we were told that we had to bring our own towels to the wellness centre in the "twin hotel". We learned about that when we were already in the twin hotel, so we had to go back to get the towels and go back to the twin hotel again. There could be better communication and arrangement in that area.

Positive: The staff was super accommodating - especially Joe at the front desk! We were even able to charge our EV onsite. We don’t usually eat at hotel restaurants, but their restaurant was better than anything else we found in town…
