Summary: This property was wonderful and accommodating so we could eat on the sight or use a full kitchen. Sauna was private and a dip in the lake was possible. Very nice.

Summary: This place was just what we hoped for. It is a quiet place in the Finnish countryside. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The lakeside sauna was a classic. Would love to come back again.

Summary: This place was awesome. It's located about 15 minutes outside the city. Very pretty property with free canoeing available. Rooms and service were great. The breakfast was light but delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Always perfect and pleasant stay. This time I had to leave for home before breakfast, however, Laura had arranged sandwiches, eggs, cake, coffee in the guest kitchen!! Lovely!! For me Lomamokkila is the only place to stay in and around Savonlinna. I can highly recommend if you are looking for a down to earth, no-nonsense place to stay.
