Positive: Every morning, a wide range of food was available to choose every morning for breakfast. The reception staff members were always happy and cheerful, greeting people and guests warmly every time they passed the desk. Also, the cleaning staff were very obliging. For example, if I wanted my room cleaned later in the morning, they always said that would be fine, enabling me to rest longer in my room. The welcome by the front door staff members in traditional clothing was always a pleasant reminder of Indonesian culture and history. Finally, at one stage, I suffered a very bad case of indigestion. The kitchen staff soon met my request for yoghurt. I also liked the proximity to the running track at Universitas Sanata Dharma. Thank you to the staff members for meeting my request for a room overlooking the swimming pool. Room 252. It was serene and picturesque. The Loman Park Hotel is a favourite hotel of mine in Yogyakarta. Many fond and happy memories from 2017, and I have stayed there on four occasions since 2017. Mbak Ola was very friendly and all staff members highly hospitable. Disliked · There wasn't anything I disliked during my stay at Hotel Loman Park Hotel.

Positive: I dont know if the room was upgraded but I got a room with a bathtub, my daughter loved it so much. Breakfast was superb as always, full of variety and delicious.

Positive: Nice location, friendly staff who speak English well, good pool, and an absolutely stunning fitness center. The food is also very good. The room is big and quiet.
Negative: The staff was friendly but not always helpful. I rented a motorbike through the front desk, but it arrived with no fuel and broken brakes, causing me to miss my Borobudur appointment. The manager refused to take responsibility. My 6am checkout was arranged with a 5:30 breakfast, but it wasn’t ready until 5:50, and I had no time to eat it. In the restaurant or bar, the waiter never comes to you to take order or to clean dirty dishes. Small but annoying missteps like these happened often. The facilities are also quite old and worn, with visible dirt and stains – not as luxurious as the photos suggest, though I didn’t mind.
