Summary: The room was AMAZING! We Enjoyed our overnite stay. The help was Very Nice! Not much English!! We did get to check in Early. A Plus. A staff member tried to come in our room after 11 pm!! Manager was SLEEPING at 9 am. So could Not talk to the manger!

Summary: Check-in was an adventure - after navigating the touch pad entrance system we found ourselves locked inside with a door alarm sounding because the door system malfunctioned/ broke as we were about to leave for dinner. Our isolation fortunately was short lived as staff responded reasonably quickly to a phone call to resolve our dilemma and moved us to another room. The room itself was fine if a little undersupplied - eg no bedside reading light. I guess I am just too old fashioned and expect an office staff to be on site - we had to access the office again by touch pad in the morning just to get ice for our water bottles…so not a fan of off site management.

Summary: The room was fine and the phone number provided assistance in getting into the room,. But don’t stay here if you are arriving outside of 4/7 pm. You may not be able to get into your room and no one will be there to help you.
