Positive: The amenities of the resort were really nice, tennis-pickleball-pools-beachside chairs-bar-rooms-beach-taxi service-spa-gym. I think the best around. The location was great. The chartered catamaran was terrific!

Negative: The restaurants were ok. Sometimes the staff was nice and other times they were not very friendly. The food takes forever to come out of the kitchen. It was good and hot but just not timely. Many items on the menu weren't available.

Summary: Worth a visit!

Positive: Unbelievably beautiful beach. Ocean view rooms felt very luxurious and special. Trips arranged through the hotel were excellent.

Negative: Restaurant and cafe service is slow, so just go in with reasonable expectations. We had a medical issue at night, and didn't know how to get ahold of anyone. Everything turned out ok, but ask for the property manager's number at check in, in case of emergencies (the number wasn't listed on any of the materials provided at check-in).

Summary: Felt like a special treat. Would highly recommend.

Positive: The location and general vibe were gorgeous. Complimentary Sunday yoga and Monday tennis lesson were a bonus.

Negative: Some of the staff lacked customer face to face (rather looking at their phones) but others like Michael and Dejean were charming

Positive: Location. Ocean front villas. Johnny’s bar and the swings! Beautiful. Cure Spa was perfect even though independent but on property. Some really exceptional staff - Lesroy, Grace, Kitze, John made out stay wonderful

Negative: Generally, they lacked consistent attention to excellence by ALL staff to ensure guests are fully welcome and their needs are addressed. No assistance with luggage at check in and check out. No concierge service or structure to help families plan and enjoy vacation. Need better onboarding and welcoming to property that is tailored to guests as they arrive. Miscommunication on pool bar timing and some staff insisted on being right at expense of guests arriving. Some front reception staff need better training to assist guests- too lackadaisical and felt like they were doing us a favor.

Summary: Great location, great spa, some awesome staff…need to step up client service
