Positive: Extremely helpful and friendly staff , great food and beautiful hotel. Many of the staff made extra special efforts well above expectations including staff at Tides restaurant , house keeping staff member Premilla , and breakfast staff Yushra.
Negative: The booking process to reserve dinners at the concierge by the main restaurant was not simple, the process could be less complex, the restaurant Hasu is not included for full or half board and totally separate cost which was not clear to me when initially booking.
Summary: Absolutely beautiful hotel , great value for money, excellent food and service and a great holiday!

Positive: Cleanliness of the grounds of the Resort. Variety of activities and food options. The weather was also great for me, meaning not too hot. Was able to sit by the pool and enjoy watching my children swim.
Negative: I booked a room in advance of my arrival to ensure we did not have to wait for check in as it was going to be very early in the morning. Even though, I called and sent text messages to follow up ensuring I didn't have to wait, we still ended up waiting for the room. Also, the room had ant problems, so we requested a different room. Management was able to accommodate the room change with a better view as I was expecting from the beginning.
Summary: Overall, we enjoyed the Resort.
