Summary: Hotel was absolutely amazing and so were the staff, were all very friendly and helpful with our young children. Location amazing, pools brilliant and choice of food very good with the ability to go a la carte as often as liked. We were half board and the only negative is it is very expensive to buy drinks, soft or alcoholic. Would 100% recommend.

Summary: Amazing experience! Our stay at Long Beach was special as it is the place where we also had our wedding ceremony and reception. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. All the staff went the extra mile to assist us with anything we needed from the front desk to the restaurant to the laundry/dry cleaning. Shoutout to the dry cleaning ladies who put up with us with nothing but a smile. Above all, everybody we interacted with encouraged us which was greatly appreciated during times where we thought our wedding would be impacted by adverse weather conditions. It truly made our wedding and time there special with our family and friends. The hotel is eco friendly, the rooms are modern and spacious and the room service is a 10/10. Highly recommend the club sandwitch. The only thing that could have been different is that there could be a curtain or separation between the room and the toilet as it is exposed. But we requested a curtain to be hung so it was all good. The spa also is amazing!! The staff are professional and very friendly. We went for a massage and facial and it was one of the best we ever had. The ambience is very relaxing and we loved the entrance of the spa which had a series of fruits, plants and veggies planted. We thought it was a unique and great idea. We will definitely go back to Long Beach!

Summary: Although the hotel was busy, it did not feel like that. Plenty of spaces to relax and no rush for the loungers. The staff were all brilliant.
