Positive: I had an excellent experience staying in the room I rented from Leonardo. Everything was very clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I was able to rest really well during my stay. I also appreciated having a desk, which was very useful for me. The location is ideal: close to the bus station and the city’s metro, which made getting around by public transport or taxi very easy. On top of that, the homey atmosphere of the place truly fascinated me. Communication with the host was immediate and effective; he was always attentive to anything I needed. I totally recommend this place!

Negative: Well , my first weeks were great. This review is about honesty , Leo started out as good people and the stay was cool. But I will say that any agreed discussions I had with him should be taken with a grain of salt .. I had made arrangements to stay at his listing for x amount of days and we communicated about it and agreed on availability, but suddenly he completely closed off the remaining days I would reserve because the discounts and points combined from booking many times with Booking.com we're giving me a lower rate than what he preferred.. I'm just saying, what's the point in having points you earned from money you spend to be Shorted out on days or lied to about availability, leo straight told me "sorry the days have been gone to someone else who's willing to pay more" when that's wasn't supposed to be relevant to our discussion with the agreed stay.. the only thing had me paying any less was my perks on booking.. I'm just saying if you're not paying his price he'll cut off availability to stay further if you wanted.. OH YEAH.. He has a maid that comes to clean before you're stay but during your stay he's constantly leaving dishes and messes behind, so be mindful of all this, mainly the fact that he or the people he works with running that business are money hungry

Positive: Great central location in Houston. Clean and nice room + bathroom. Also being able to use the facilities in the common room was perfect to me. I definitely recommend everyone going here. Especially for work travellers as the workspace in your bedroom is really professional. The host is welcoming and at this moment you will share the house with him.
