Positive: Room was very spacious with large living/dining area. Master bed was a Sleep Number and master bath had a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Beach toys, chairs and bicycles were available in parking garage
Negative: Elevators were still down and was then notified only days before arrival that a maintenance crew was be there replacing doors and windows. Also the playground was closed due to storm damage.
Summary: Property is in a great location on a very quiet island.

Positive: We like the large living space of the apartment, proximity to the beach was very good and was nice to see the manatees behind the apartments. You have chair and umbrellas for the beach.
Negative: Mosquitos everywhere, inside the elevator and the apartment too. Mattresses need to be updated.

Positive: Loved the location. Management was amazing, helpful with everything, and extremely nice!
Negative: The location, the views, the spacious apartment, the quietness, the friendly and helpfull staff, the convenience of everything you needed away from home.
Summary: Stayed for Memorial weekend and it was very enjoyable stay... nothing negative to add.

Positive: The location had easy beach access.
Negative: The master suite bed was terrible. One side of the bed stayed hard while the other side was deflated and sagging. It was also uncomfortably warm at night and couldn't turn the ceiling fan up as it was shaking too much, past the low setting . We were disappointed to see the pool was closed at sunset with NO quest access in the evening . Could only use hot tub in the heat of the day . Although the pool was very warm the entire time
