Detached longere situated in it's own mature gardens, with lovely views and plenty of parking space.
There is a fantastic heated swimming pool with decking area for relaxing on, equipped with comfortable loungers, table and chairs and a barbeque.
The longere has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. A large comfortable sitting room following through to a large open plan kitchen/dining area with a utility room attached.
There is a family bathroom and separate toilet upstairs with an en-suite shower room provided in the bedroom on the ground floor, also there are separate toilet facilities downstairs.
For use outside you will find plenty of bikes of differing sizes, a full size table tennis table, portable badminton net and racquets and a large trampoline.
We are located within walking distance of the village of St Gonnery which has all the basics i.e. bakers,village shop, restaurants and bars.
You are only 15 mins. drive from the larger towns of Loudeac and Pontivy. If you like to explore there are many lovely towns to visit within comfortable driving distance such as Vannes, Quimper, Lorient and St Brieuc. Lac de Guerledan and the Nantes/Brest canal are also close by for water sports, kayaking and fishing etc. A fishing license can be obtained on-line. Horse riding can be found in the Forest of Loudeac.
Please note that the swimming pool is only in use from the end of May to the end of September.

Summary: we chose this cottage for the second year and it did not dissapoint.the beautiful area is surpassed by the well kept grounds and cottage. Our son,daughter in-law and grandson were meant to stay with us but work commitments meant they were unable to make the trip. A great holiday cottage to base oneself, congratulations to Chris and Mike who tend to the cottage and to Jamie the owner. Many thanks Viv and Nesta.

Summary: The farmhouse is very comfortable and extremely well equipped, the gardens are well kept, and the swimming pool is great with plenty of garden furniture. If you require peace and tranquility the farmhouse is a must.

Summary: We’ve stayed at various properties in France, and this has to be one of, or possibly the best! Great initial communication with the hosts. The property sits in large secluded grounds. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved chilling by the pool most days in the quiet grounds. Local amenities were good and the local scenery is fantastic. Great for cycling, running/walking along the Rigole d’hilvern. We’ll definitely be looking to return.

Summary: wonderful grounds and property. met the hosts and spoke to the owner, could not have been more helpful. the house was a mixture of modern and period style, with dark furniture and wooden beams, please don't change to modern furniture, the place has character. many thanks to Jamie the owner and in particular to Chris and Mike.

Summary: Lovely place, spacous and comfortable and with gorgeous garden and heated pool. We really enjoyed our holiday - great central location for day trips to any corner of Brittany, but we also spent some of our time relaxing at the property and particularly enjoyed the pool and garden. It's worth being aware that this is an older building and has some steps to be aware of if you have mobility issues - I personally prefer houses that have a bit of character, but it's also a comfortable, spacous place to relax, and is well equipped, with some nice extras including table tennis table, bikes etc. Highly recommended.

Summary: This property ticked all our boxes as a family, with its three bedrooms (1 downstairs for the grandparents). The traditional interior might not be to everyones taste but we liked it. The indoor spaces are large and relaxing. The property has plenty of space outside and the pool is amazing. The owner Jamie and his aunt and uncle were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back in the future.

Summary: Our stay at the house was one of the best we have been too. The house has everything you could want!! The pool was fantastic, we really used it to the full - many enjoyable hours.
