Summary: I checked in this hotel. Looks like they’re under staffed. Front desk very nice and accommodating. Great location. The issue I had was the room I was wasn’t clean at all. The knob on the faucet in the tub kept falling off. The wash hand sink is clogged. I reserved for me and my family, two full size beds; they’re not big to accommodate 6 people. Had to use the pullout couch. Checked out a day before my actual trip ends. Having to pay for parking and other fees.

Summary: They were flexible to hold our reservation with a late arrival from the airport. Awesome pool! Close to universal studios. Parking was free!

Summary: Great location right across the street from Universal Studios. We went to Disney and it was only 16 minutes. The people at the desk were not friendly at all. One man handed me my key card didn't tell me my room number, floor or where the elevators were. Whenever you saw a staff member including managers they just looked at you never said hello not friendly or welcoming at all. The housekeeper staff on the other hand were very friendly. As for the room we had the suite so it was very roomy. The bathroom really needs updating. Whenever you pulled the pin up to take a shower it made the loudest howling noise. And the toilet was not cleaned very well.

Summary: VRBO gave vague location, hotel door would not close. Toilets unsecured to the floor. Limited pillows/blankets. Overall poor cleanliness. Very friendly and helpful staff but due to the condition of the hotel, would not book there again.

Summary: We had reserved the hotel primarily for using the pool during our short family vacation trip. Unfortunately, the afternoon and evening we planned to use the pool it was closed for maintenance until the closing time. The staff thought it would be open the next morning at 9am, but it was still not ready and we had to checkout before we were able to make use of it. Pretty disappointed. The front desk team was great though. Very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable for the 5 of us.
