Discover the perfect blend of luxury and nature at Look Out Lodge, a private 8-bedroom chalet with a bonus loft located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Overlooking Big Boulder Ski Resort and Boulder Lake, this lodge offers unmatched views, frequent wildlife sightings—including deer, black bears, and various bird species—and is walking distance to the lake!
DESIGNED FOR LARGE GROUPS -
Look Out Lodge accommodates up to 29 guests across three spacious levels. Our home features two primary suites with full baths, six double queen bedrooms, and a loft with a twin daybed. The thoughtful layout balances privacy and connection, and is ideal for family reunions, business/work retreats, or group getaways.
Our outdoor parking area can accommodate up to 8 vehicles, with additional parking available off-site.
MAJORITY AGE OF RENTERS MUST BE OVER 25.
WE DO NOT RENT FOR PROM OR GRAD GROUPS.

Entertainment options are aplenty with large Flat Screen Smart TVs, a dual sided fireplace, a lower-level game room, an 8’ pool table, and a full-sized arcade machine packed with your favorites such as Ms Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger & more!
The chef’s dream kitchen is fully equipped with a large charcuterie boards, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, two fridges/freezers, one large dishwasher, a large beer/wine cooler, granite countertops, and a five-burner stovetop. The open layout dining area, furnished with a large custom-crafted wooden dining table, accommodates up to 12 guests with additional seating at our island countertop for 4 and is perfect for hosting memorable group meals.

The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and connection with nature. A raised, uncovered deck sits at the perfect height to take in the serene landscapes of the Pocono Mountains, with our property perched at the peak to showcase some of the best views Lake Harmony has to offer. Here, you’ll find a Weber-Genesis grill, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and lounge seating, all of which are ideal for unwinding after a day at the lake or exploring the mountain trails. Below, a private patio features a six-person hot tub, offering a peaceful retreat for 6–8 guests to recharge.

Summary: This was such a great spot for a weekend trip with friends! Great location, perfect size, awesome and well-stocked kitchen for cooking with friends. It was truly comfortable and felt spacious even with 20 people. Friendly, flexible and communicative hosts.Our only suggestion to the hosts would be that they fully stock toilet paper and basic shampoo/soap, and cleaning supplies (dishwasher detergent, paper towels). They’re just basics that we think most people will expect, given the general niceness of the house, and it was a bit jarring to find out suddenly that we didn’t have enough of those supplies. The idea of having only "starter toilet paper", and having to pack your own rolls for a vacation rental, seemed weird to us. If it's a cost issue, the hosts would only need to add a few dollars per night to cover any additional expenses from supplying those essentials. With those changes, this will be a truly welcoming and relaxing spot for a big getaway.

Summary: This place was perfect for our group. It was incredibly spacious, everything felt new and clean and the layout was perfect. Hard to take issue with anything at this place. I was pretty taken back by how large the bedrooms were, this is not a place that forces an extra bedroom at the sake of space. It is very large and very clean. Communication with the Property Manager was quick, consistent and easy. Our group has stayed at over 10 different properties in the Lake Harmony area and this was our favorite so far. Could not recommend it enough. Thank you!

Summary: This house is incredible and has amazing amenities! The house was incredibly clean and amazing for a large group. I would highly recommend it for any group! Communication was clear and helpful. Our one challenge was a lack of some basic items that many homes do provide (enough toilet paper/dishwasher pods for our 2 day stay etc.), so make sure to bring with you items that you might need.

Summary: We rented this house for a friends reunion at it was amazing! Very spacious and comfortable, with the most beautiful views. I rate it 4/5 stars because there wasn't adequete hand soap in the bathrooms (watered down, half filled soap) nor were there enough garbage bags. I feel that these basic amenities should be provided for the price of the rental. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience overall! Thank you!veroverall.basiuametametiesse

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Form 12/25-12/29/25. We had 22 people in our group ranging in age from 2yrs to 75 yrs and everyone had their own space to relax. The house provided entertainment and relaxation for all. We had wonderful views of the mountains and ski lodge. Location was close to activities such as skiing and snow tubing and indoor water park. When we had an issue, the host responded quickly and had maintenance out to the house in less than 2 hours. We would definitely stay at this home again!!!

Summary: I cannot express enough how amazing our stay was for my wife’s surprise 30th birthday getaway in the mountains. From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded all expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the entire home is so cozy. There was more than enough space and amenities for a large group that made for a perfect weekend. The location was ideal for nearby snow activities and shopping. This property was the perfect place to celebrate such a milestone, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, picturesque retreat in the mountains. Can’t wait to return!
