3 Bedroom House in Vernon

This home has 3 bedrooms, each beautifully appointed with their own full bath (plus a half bath off the main upstairs hall and one in the pool house). Living room, dining room downstairs bar and tv viewing area. There is a tv room off the main hall (could easily be made up into a sleeping area for children). Lots of room for the whole family, two families or a group stay!
During the summer enjoy the extra large pool and gorgeous views of Okanagan Lake. The outdoor kitchen makes entertaining easy and there's always croquet or bocce ball on the lower lawns after you've had enough swimming! If you time it right you might even have a chance to indulge in some cherries right off the tree. Kin Beach is a short walk down the hill, it includes a large playground and shade areas. We are located 10 Minutes from the city centre and there is a full service grocery store and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. A world class golf course up the hill (the Rise Resort) on the right, enjoy viewing acres of vineyards on the drive into town. It has it all!
The 'Scenic Sip' wine route is just down the road along the scenic lake shore - fabulous vineyard tours and world class restaurants. Vineyards and restaurants are open all year round and are a perfect way to enjoy a patio lunch while taking in the views.

Summary: As advertised. The highlight of the property is the outdoor space and pool, where we spent majority of the time. Great location, close to the beach, golf courses and other amenities. Would recommend staying here and would book this property again.

Summary: A group of teammates reunited to play in a soccer tourney over the May long weekend. The place was perfect for us and unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we could not enjoy the pool but the area is beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality and we had a great time. Jacquie

Summary: The house itself is very comfortable and well-stocked, but the jewel of the property is the outdoor space and amazing pool with a view. There were deer visible nearly every day, tons of birds to watch overhead, the perfect temperature of water in the pool and an impressive outdoor kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Very close driving distance to anything you could ever need. Highly recommend.

Summary: Wonderful family vacation spent at this property. Outdoor area with the pool and the amazing view allowed us to spend most of the day outside. Inside is very well stocked with everything you need, and bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms were great. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Summary: Fantastic was the word we used as we entered this beautiful home in Vernon with a stunning view down the hill to Okanagan lake. It was well appointed with everything you would need and more! The ambiance was inviting with rooms for relaxing, cooking, lots of food storage & THE POOL! Give this 12/10!

Summary: We stayed at the property for one week and had a blast. The highlights for us was the amazing views and back yard. We used the pool (which was heated and really nice for our little ones) daily and spent most of our time in the back yard. The house was also really well appointed and had bathrooms in each bedroom. We will be back if heading back to Vernon.

Summary: The house was perfect for a group of ladies. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The home is stocked with every kitchen item you would need. This was the best stocked home we have ever rented. This home was chosen for the pool area and it did not disappoint. The pool was heated perfectly and was the highlight of our trip. The owners had multiple floaties for us to use which was wonderful to relax on. The different outdoor sitting areas were perfect to enjoy the sun or the shade. The host was very open to communication, shared information with us and was receptive to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Would definitely book this home again.
