Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Loop hotel. The location was convenient. It's walking distance to Galata Port mall and Taksim square. The breakfast was varied and we really enjoyed having it on the outdoor terrace. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The stairs leading to the hotel. You have to go up about five flights of stairs to get to the reception. The staff offer to help with the lugguage when you arrive but if you go shopping, you have to carry the bags up the stairs. The hotel isn't suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities.

Positive: We loved everything about this place. If you want a real Turkish hill experience this is the perfect place and the view from the top is spectacular. The breakfast is lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean and cleaned regularly and well and all the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful
Negative: People will talk about the stairs to get to it but we actually really enjoyed the daily climb - it made for a great daily workout and made us feel like one of the locals. It would have been great if the restaurant served food throughout the day.
Summary: Amazing Istanbul experience

Positive: We loved everything about Loop Hotel, most of all the hospitality we were extended by the staff. Kurban (Chef Kurban), Umut ( The Batman) n Semir went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and we were even given a super duper early check in (like 8 am) and given a couple of breakfasts as well even tho we booked for 1 day. They were very knowledgeable on recommendations on activities and also the hotel is a 2 min walk from the tram station which makes Galata, Blue Mosque etc all super accessible. Cannot recommend this hotel enough ! 5 stars from my end !
