Positive: Clean and spacious. Bathrooms are nice, shower is good. Most kitchen facilities are good. School playground for kids near by.

Negative: The big open main room, the living room and kitchen combined is very loud. Noise gets amplified a lot. Forget about having the kids watch TV in there if you want to sit and read or relax. Acoustics of a big bathroom. Seating arrangement in the living room leaves something to be desired. One good relaxing chair and one couch. Another uncomfortable chair is not suited for relaxing. Take note if you are more than 3-4 people. The double bed is extremely soft for someone at 80kg. Woke up at 5am every morning because of discomfort with bed. Garden could not be used. Tall weeds everywhere. Beware of ticks.

Negative: Arrived at 2:30am. Didn’t get in till 4:30am. Needs a proper keybox

Negative: Small table. Very large Livingroom but small table. Could have been nice with a bigger table.
