Positive: The staff are amazingly helpful. Daniel and Monica go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay! The pool and giant hot tub are very refreshing and clean (and well heated). The view of the mountains from the pool area is awesome. The Bar is well equipted and very busy. The restaurant food is great. They can make many dishes. The walk to town is all downhill and takes about 25 minutes or a taxi ride costs about $3 each way. The famous walk to the bottom of the climb to the Tepoztlan Temple ruins is just $4 vy taxi. The bus station and taxi areas are a 5 minute walk.

Negative: The rooms are very basic but comfortable and clean.

Summary: Outstanding Little Resort just outside of Tepoztlan with Outstanding Service.

Positive: Everything from Location, Rooms, Pool to Bar and Restaurant is top notch. I love the huge Garden and so do the Birds

Negative: I didn‘t like the Chilaquiles, I LOVEd them!!!

Positive: Loved the rooms that looked onto the pool. The bar and restaurant were awesome. I somehow lucked out and was the only guest there. Monica and crew were incredible.

Summary: Highly recommend. Lovely place with an amazing group of people working there who want you to have the best time!!!

Positive: Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend, the hotel is super close to downtown Tepoztlán. I loved the views, the tranquility, and the safety of the place. The staff is excellent; the hotel has a bar and restaurant, so after a stroll through Tepoztlán, you have everything you need without having to leave the hotel. The best part was the bonfire at night. The pool isn't heated, but that's very common in Mexico, so if you like cold water, you'll enjoy the pool; otherwise, there's the jacuzzi with warm water. The facilities are super clean and designed for people in wheelchairs, which is great. 100% recommended!

Negative: Perhaps investing in comfortable pillows would be a plus for the beautiful rooms.
