Positive: Beautiful view amazing location nicely designed rooms, great food.

Negative: Lack of signage and the road I kind of got lost and no reception or welcoming at the entrance they were expecting me, but nobody helped me with my luggage or anything.

Positive: The terrific view, modern loft style. Very good breakfast.

Negative: The low quality of materials used, the jakuzi that was deflating because it had holes on it, and we had to call the staff several times to help with it. The staff didn’t leave the key, and when we wanted to go out, it appeared they don’t have the key of our door😂. We had to wait, until the master will change the lock of our door, so we can close our door and leave! And surprise surprise: when we wanted to close the door from inside to sleep, we couldn’t close the door from inside! So, the master (thanks God he was at the property at that late time) came and spent half an hour fixing the lock…oh, and forgot about the fact, that the moment we entered and switched on the conditioners, the light went off, and a master came to fix the transmission system… that was a fun experience 😂. I am never going back to that hotel.

Positive: This is a great place for those who want privacy and not just privacy, but synchronization with nature. When I saw the picture on instagram, I thought it was a piece of Paradise and it can't be like that, but when I bought tickets and arrived, I didn't want to close my eyes even at night not to miss the moment of enjoying the views. Top notch. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All requests were responded to instantly. Breakfasts are delicious, dinners too. I vacationed with my family in house number 4. Everything was clean and everything worked. There are hiking trails and a waterfall nearby. I advise you to visit. You will not regret it.

Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay – everything exceeded our expectations! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy and comfortable. A special mention to Marian, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely beautiful – fresh, full of flavour, and presented so well. Breakfast delivered to our room was a lovely touch and made our mornings extra special. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough – the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all perfect.

Negative: The shower leaked water onto the white marble floor in bathroom and made it very slippery where I fell once.

Positive: It's was such an amazing host and location. We arrived earlier, so our room was not ready yet. A very friendly woman at the reception offered us cold drinks and delicious Armenian gata while we were waiting. She gave us nice tips for the hiking to the Lastiver waterfalls. The owner of this hotel even offered to drop us off with his car at the starting point free of charge. The breakfast was delicious and room service was very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: The lights of air-conditioning were pointing directly to the bed. But if you are not too sensitive, it should be fine.

Positive: It was a beautiful location and great place to escape to the mountains. The locals (a husky named husky and a family of cats) were very hospitable!

Negative: WiFi cut in and out, as did the water. But this truly didn’t bother us that much, considering how remote we were.

Summary: A lovely place for us to kick off our honeymoon.

Positive: Magic place, one of the rare cases, when the reality is far better than your expectations! Truly inspiring and relaxing place, breathtaking views of the mountains, calmness and peace. Jacuzzi on the terrace is a wonder...together with the glass bedroom on the top floor! Place is 100% Instagrammable, if you re a big fun of capturing every moment of your day😉 The owner met us at the airport, showed around, and took a great care of us throughout the stay. Will be back in summer to enjoy it again, highly recommend!
