Positive: We were blown away by the beauty of the location and the house. We walked in and felt so at home. Everything was provided for us, wood for the fire, games to play, outside seating, clean towels, and extremely comfortable beds in beautifully decorated rooms. The house was spacious and the garden was stunning. As a bonus, we had coffee with the hosts just before we left and they are wonderful, such lovely people. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
Negative: Just one thing. It would have been useful to know that the brown tap water was safe to drink. We should have asked. It is just a natural thing and only is an issue at the end of the Summer. The hosts did provide us with water and wine though, so nothing really to complain about :-)
Summary: Beautiful and relaxing place to stay, with outstanding views

Positive: This has to be the most charming propery we've ever stayed in! It is located so near Donegal and yet it is a sanctuary where, once you've arrived you don't want to ever leave again! The views are stunning and it is decorated absolutely beautifully! It has absolutely everything you might need for your stay. The communication with Melissa was flawless too, all my questions were answered promptly. The beds are super comfortable, we slept inthe softest cotton sheets. It was spotless!!! I would happilly visit again, but this time would stay an extra couple of days. I would without hesitation recommend it to friends visiting the area!
Negative: The water from the tap carries a little colour, and although we were asured by the host that it is harmless, we were a little concerned when washing our plates and cutlery and brushing our teeth with it etc...Only x 1 bathroom in the cottage, and there were 4 of us... but we knew that when we booked it so we can't give out about it :-)
Summary: Gorgeous little cottage I would happily get back to tomorrow, if I could!

Positive: This is by far the best rental I have stayed in Donegal. It is a little gem with amazing views. It is as described, a retreat to unwind yet less than 15 mins to Donegal Town. The quirky furnishings are beautiful & all of great quality. What can I say about the bedrooms; comfy beds & finishing touches all matching to a tee!. The kitchen had everything you could think off. It was a nice touch with a bottle of wine & water in the fridge on arrival. Melissa was quick to respond if you needed any help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property & can't wait to return.🙏
Negative: Nothing!!!
