Positive: We liked the location - we had a cafe & a mini mart downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and it had a couple of air conditioners which kept the rooms at a good temperature. It had plenty of space and we liked the window views from the bedroom and onto the street.
Negative: It didn’t have a little table to sit at, rather it had a high bench - so not so much a homely feel. The couch was a bit hard. We couldn’t operate the TV to watch Netflix. We would have liked a vegetable peeler, a flipper or tongs for turning food we cooked on the pan.
Summary: Great location. Comfortable bed. Good space. Need a few extra things in the kitchen for cooking.

Positive: The apartment is very well equipped and perfect size. the location also great.
Negative: the self check in machine (like in airports) to charge a deposit and city tax failed 3 times with different credit cards. finally with the original card it worked, but my surprise was major when I saw that they had charged me 4 times!!! over 100€, so 400€ in total. I had the money so it was no issue and the day after they confirmed they would refund me in 3-5 days. however I wonder, what would have happened if I did not have enough funds? no person there nor phone number to call after 17:30!! also after the triple return I still lost money as i had been charged four times the exchange rate conversion to EUR and that was not refunded (the € refunded was less than the euro charged due to exchange rate :-/) I would not recommend for this reason

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Secure and easy to check in using a kiosk. We stayed on the fifth floor so the lift was great. Very well supplied apartment with everything we needed for our 3 day break.

Positive: We hit a really good discount with this booking, and the value for money was awesome. Comfy and spacious rooms, all the necessary amenities, good heating and ventilation system, good walkable location, etc.
Negative: The lack of any human contact is a bit odd. We were sent incorrect links to self check-in 3 months before our stay. If I didn't notice that we're missing the door code, we would've provably be in a big trouble cause their service is unavailable on weekends (which is ridiculous is a tourist city). I'm not sure i like such self check-in where you depend on a machine that's failing to accept the data you're entering (that was the case for our non-EU friend).
