Positive: Superb hotel located just off Sutomore beach. The room was fantastic with a large bedroom, living area and bathroom, as well as a brilliant sunny balcony I'm. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good as well. The hotel has its own private beach and sunbathing platform as well as sun terraces. Sadly, as it was the end of the season the pool was empty and the restaurant not open. Great location for a ten min walk to other restaurants, bars etc

Negative: Pool shut and on the small side. Lack of available sunbeds which had already been put away despite guests still in residence.

Positive: ROOM 1 was outstanding. It had a king size bed in a vast room. Separate living area with a couch, (I believe it was a pull out bed) and a view to die for. The best part, by far, was the view. We were perched up on a cliff-side with a 180' view of the Sea. It was beautiful. There were two ways to walk down to the small beach (rocky so bring water shoes) but even in October, the sun was shining and glistening off the water. Also, I left three jackets (one with a lot of money in it) and didn't discover until 36 hours laters. We called and they had my jackets and everything in the pockets was still there. Nice hosts

Negative: There is no reception desk so at first we didn't know where to do but within a few minutes, we were being shown to our rooms. My friend had room 8. It was up two flights of stairs and small and a street view.

Summary: Best Hotel of our entire visit.

Positive: The location, the see food and the exceptional kindness of Marijana, hotel manager, but also of the restaurant staff. The rooms are very clean, the view is lovely, and above all, you have peace and rest amid Sutomore! It smells and feels like real Meditteranean! And I love the French and Italian music they play during the day!

Negative: No remarks. The beach is indeed with stones, but everything else is beautiful.

Positive: the staff was great, the hotel itself is well located with own lovely beach, it is at the begining of the promwnade which is a plus, parking is available for guests, there is also a small pool with nice view!

Negative: renovation would be appreciated, the facilities are old and you can see it - furnitures, bathroom etc.

Summary: hotel with huge potential but needs a ranovation
