LOVEDALE LODGE ideal for groups and sleeps up to 40 guests
The property has 10 bedrooms, 3 of which are bunk rooms so you can fit large groups.
The Lodge is set on a quiet property with dozens of acres adjacent to the Weerakata National Park home of the endangered Swift Parrot and Regent Honeyeater. The property is 3 minutes drive to hot air ballooning, an 18 hole championship golf course and many wineries and famous sites like Binnorie Dairy, lovedale deck restaurant and chocolate factories in polkobin.
Just installed new massive 10 seater hot spa under the stars, new fire pit, full size volleyball field and mini soccer pitch, with full size indoor soccer goal posts, large outdoor chess and gas powered pizza oven. Have also completed a massive new games shed, with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, basketball arcade and an 85 inch TV viewing area. Perfect for kids and adults, poker games, board games and movie nights. Also a great space for corporate events.

Our property encompasses 3 cottages adjacent to each other and 2 of them have inter-connecting doors. All bookings are for all 3 cottages.
1. CARRADANO COTTAGE
- sleeps up to 15 guests
- 3- bedrooms (1 room with a double bed bunk on bottom and single top bunk and a another bunk bed with single bed on top and bottom, 2nd room with 2x double bed bunk on bottom and single top bunk, 3rd room with a queen bed) + 2 couches

- Main bathroom with separate bath and shower
- Separate second WC.

3. LEVANTO VILLA (has interconnecting door to Terra homestead)

Rules on Noise.
We do accept birthday and even hen's and bucks but only on the condition you have no plans for an outdoor music concert :).
We only allow music to be played from a hand held portable bluetooth speaker and nothing louder as we've had issues in the past when guests bring a sound system and blast music all night disturbing our neighbours. So we only allow music outside until 8pm and only via a bluetooth speaker. If these expectations are consistent with your plans then the lodge will be fantastic for your getaway.
If you are caught bringing a sound system larger than a portable bluetooth system that you can grasp in the palm of your hands, your booking will be cancelled plus $500 fine. You will need to explicitly state you agree to these conditions of booking for your request to be accepted.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lovedale Lodge. The property was very spacious, and our group of 18 adults had plenty of room. The new renovations added a lovely touch to the place. The large living and dining areas , as well as the abundance of cutlery, plates and utensils were ideal for the group. Would definitely recommend staying here, Faya is a lovely host who was very accommodating.

Summary: The property is unbelievable - seriously couldn’t recommend a better property for a large group. There are 3x quarters within the house and so much room for large groups to congregate together or go off for their own space. We stayed for my 30th birthday with a group of 24 people and never once felt overwhelmed with the amount of guests all in one place as it’s so spacious. We stayed in winter but the fire pit ensured we could still say outside, sit around the fire and enjoy the outdoors. It would be amazing too in the summer, as the pool looked great! The property itself is huge and there is so much grass room for activities. Faya (the host) is without a doubt the most accomodating and friendly host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He accommodated every request we had and any questions were answered promptly. Nothing was too hard for Faya and to put it simply, he is just a legend. Overall the weekend away at the property for my 30th was one of the best of my life - we all had so, so much fun. I truly cannot recommend it enough for large groups - if you are staying in the Hunter with a massive bunch of friends and family there is simply nowhere better to stay.
