Welcome to “DREAMSCAPE”, a Loveladies NJ contemporary oceanfront home. 5 or 6 Bedrooms with Bunk Area, 3.5+ Baths, and Sleeps 16! Built high on the dunes on Long Beach Island with fantastic unobstructed endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay. House stands alone on the sandy beach with the nearest neighbor over 200 feet away providing a wonderful feeling of privacy.
The new large Fiberglass rooftop deck provides fantastic views up and down the entire island including views of Barnegat Lighthouse.
House is newly renovated with vinyl siding, decks, and composite railings. Four upgraded bathrooms including ceramic and marble floors with new fixtures. New furniture, bedding, kitchen cabinets, and Granite countertops.
Garage area converted to a large 1,000 SQFT Great room with Flat screen TV, couches, two twin beds, Ceramic tile floors, a refrigerator, French doors, and an interior stairway to the middle floor.
All living areas, Great room, Master Bedroom, and Stairways upgraded to Hardwood floors with Pergo wood in other bedrooms.
New 2-zone AC system and gas heat.
High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
Ten beach badges are provided for family rentals!!
Tennis courts are nearby within 200 feet of the house. Lifeguards patrol the beach directly in front of the home for safety.

Payment Details:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$1000 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

Summary: This was our third year renting from Chris and our second year in this gorgeous home. We were down during the threat of Joaquin with 6 couples. Even with rain, wind and a rough ocean we had a wonderful time cooking, eating, drinking and enjoying this beautiful home. If you are coming to LBI in the summer or fall with friends or family, you can't beat the living space in this Loveladies home. It is perfect for groups! Chris recently upgraded with large T.Vs. in both living areas (main floor and basement) which were perfect for watching football. Also, with one side of the deck on the main floor covered- we could still still outside and grill, even with the weather. There is so much room to spread out in this house, you never feel cramped. The views are second to none at this house and Chris goes out of his way to be fair and accommodating - you don't find that very often renting on LBI. We had a great time and will be renting this house from Chris again with 100% certainty! Thanks again!

Summary: We needed more than four bedrooms to house our whole family from grandparents to infants, this one fit perfectly. You could let the older kids go to the beach while watching from the deck. Everyone had space. The sunsets were amazing from the roof, and it was adjacent to the guard stand which is a plus in Loveladies.

Summary: Our family wanted to stay at the shore for the holiday this year and I think it was one of the best Thanksgivings. Chris is a pleasure to work with and very honest. The views were impeccable as the house is directly on the beach. Private, safe and comfortable. Fortunately we had a few days in the 50's, which was a pleasant surprise for November. We had family from 5 months to 80 years old and everyone truly had a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you.

Summary: we are 5-6 couples in our 40's who just stayed at Chris' home in Loveladies this past weekend. This is our second year renting a home from Chris and our ninth year going to LBI together. We will never look for another home to rent. The views are the best on LBI with an ocean view from each bedroom. Even more important to us was the community space. Couches and t.v. for football, a huge table where we could all sit and eat and talk, and great decks to relax on. We are friends from college and enjoy spending the weekend eating and drinking together and this home was ideal. There is another living area on the first floor as well as another full sized refridgerator which came in very handy with this group. Also, my husband and I were able to bring our older dog with us which is very important to us, and also very difficult to do when renting on LBI. Chris is ridiculously generous and beyond fair. I have talked to MANY home owners through the years when looking for a house to rent and none have come close to being as easy going and accommodating as Chris, which goes a long way in my book. His homes are always clean, have plenty of cooking supplies, and have electronic locks which makes things very easy with this many people. No one could possibly be anything but so excited to stay here and sad to leave. I will refer Chris and his homes to all friends and family who are visiting the Jersey shore. We are already talking about next year! Thanks again!

Summary: We've rented on LBI for years, needing both beachfront and several bedrooms and came across this rental when our usual place was unavailable. Landlord was very easy to work with. As for pro's and con's - we loved the place. Fantastic view, and the upstairs is great - really one of the nicest upstairs living spaces I've seen in a beachfront rental at the shore. We've stayed in a number of places at LBI over the years, and have had an opportunity as such to see a number of 'comps.' Also very nice that so many beach tags were included. Wooden floors were nice (but vacuums didn't work very well). Bathrooms were nice. Huge outdoor deck space with tables was fantastic, allowed for large family dinners outside at sunset. Public tennis courts 100 yards from the house, usually easy to get court time. Master bedroom was amazing, but beds throughout the house were not very comfortable and pillows were minuscule - owner intends to change them out, I believe. Kitchen could use a few more items, west-facing windows need blinds but, again, owner tells us he plans to take care of these. Could use a few more beach chairs. All in all, a very nice place, easy landlord, beautiful and expansive view of the beach. Would go again.

Summary: We stayed at this house last August and had a very pleasant vacation. The best feature of this oceanfront home was the fantastic views. There is an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from all decks and from four of the five bedrooms. Beach access was right outside the French doors. We found the house to be clean and comfortable. The rental process was very simple and having electronic locks made it user friendly with no fear of losing a key or locking ourselves out of the house. I would not hesitate in recommending it to any of my friends.

Summary: This house has views that are out if this world. We stayed there this past summer and I can't get over how much we enjoyed it. We would sit on the deck for hours just staring at the ocean dreaming of faraway lands. It felt like I was on a cruise ship with my own private balcony overlooking the ocean. I hope to rent again this summer if I can get away from work. The owner was very friendly and responsive to all our requests. The house has plenty of space for a large family like mine especially with the numerous decks and new gigantic family room. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation right on the beach on lovely Long Beach Island!
