Summary: Stay was great! Flat was just as listed and had everything we needed to make it comfortable and feel like we were home. I highly recommend this location. Plenty of restaurants and other establishments within walking distance.

Summary: We came to Buffalo for a wedding and only had the weekend, so we wanted to stay in a location where we could enjoy a quick Buffalo experience. This house did not disappoint. The location is excellent, farmers market on Saturday, coffee shops on the corner, great restaurants and cute stores all within walking distance! The house is cute, in a historic neighborhood (so think 1800’s) with all the amenities needed. The ONLY missing detail was sheets for the pullout couch but there were lots of blankets and pillows so not a big deal.We would definitely come back to visit!

Summary: This is a place we’d definitely stay at again. Nick was wonderful and quick to respond. The location is in a great part of the city…close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotless, roomy and cozy. I loved all of the details that were provided: name brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We settled in and were able to just relax. Highly recommend!

Summary: Nick was very responsive and accommodating. Helped us learn streaming apps on TV which wasn’t intuitive to “our generation”. This is a great location. We previously lived on this street so we know how great it is to be in the heart of Elmwood Village!

Summary: My wife and I stayed at this lovely property for my medical school reunion weekend. We were able to entertain a number of people the evening of the reunion. The place is very spacious, clean and well kept. The neighborhood is very close to Elmwood Ave and lots of good dining and shopping. There's also a farmers market in the parkway in front of the house on Saturday mornings.

Summary: We were there for an engagement party. Parking was not a problem. Thank you for having some detergent for the washer and not having to sign into the streaming apps for the 2 little ones to watch tv. Great bathroom!
