The Space:
Our newly remodeled home is located in the heart of Pilsen, Chicago. It’s cozy but mighty! Its mainly open and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. Hosting an event, photoshoot, or small gathering during your stay? Let us know so we can inform you of our special pricing!
The home is furnished with two queen-size beds and a full-size sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 1-5 people. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, oxygen, and more.
As I mentioned earlier, our home is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)

Summary: The property was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was not noisy and you can only hear the upstairs neighbors when they go up and down the stairs. Not bothersome to me or the kids. We were just a few minutes from Shedd Aquaium and other activities. Great value!

Summary: Although the check in process and convenient parking were a pro, there are some minor concerns. The noise level from the upstairs tenants is very loud during the day. The other minor concern is the shower, it is a bit challenging and slightly uncomfortable. Other than that the unit was great I would recommend for those that are actively driving while staying in the city.

Summary: The space was good for what it is. The main issue I have is that the host doesn’t give you much privacy. You cannot have guests over without telling them your every move. And if you do have family or a friend over they give you a curfew. If they stay past the very early curfew they charge you. The rug in the living room was filthy, parking is street parking and there were issues with the door code. Don’t plan on cooking while you’re there because there are no utensils pots or pans.

Summary: This was my first and last time staying at this property. I check in to discover the sheets in both beds were dirty with visible stains and long hairs on them. When I contacted the host I was greet with so type of AI robotic response where I was repeatedly asking the same question over and again. When I reached out to Vrbo customer service I was first directed to try contacting the host via the provided number which I did and never received an answer by calling and leaving them several voicemail yet the Vrbo agents continued to state that they were in a direct conversation with the host. It wasn’t until the next day was I was contacting by a supervisor of Vrbo where things were resolved and I received clean sheets after 2pm from the host. It was extremely concerning and frustrating

Summary: The title pretty much says it all, this location was centrally located and was very accessible, and it was really home adjacent. If I know anyone going to Chicago or if I ever come back I’d DEFINITELY recommend this stay!

Summary: The apartment was perfect for a group of us... Host made sure we were well accommodated. Itd bery chic. The decor was exactly as listing, rooms were a lil closer then i would have preferred but overall we had a great stay. Definitely would book again.
