2 Bedroom House in Davis Park

Comfortable 2 Bedroom Cottage with Bay views. Steps to the ocean. Quiet.. This house is surrounded by small trees and has privacy. Deer make their rounds a few time a day along with red fox and many birds. All can be viewed on outside deck. Outdoor shower and observation deck with Bay views are amazing. Inside house is well kept and clean. Has 2 bedrooms. First bedroom has a full size bed. Second bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed. A new 55 inch flat screen television has just been installed. The ocean is steps away with amazing views, The Bay can be seen outside the livingroom window. The Davis Park Ferry starts to run in the middle of March and runs to the middle of November making easy access from Patchogue. I rent from Sunday to Sunday.

Summary: Location can't be beat. Really enjoyed the privacy, especially the raised deck for drinks, meals and sunsets. The kitchen has everything you would need, and there are ample beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. We spent our first evening cleaning, but otherwise had a fantastic week.

Summary: You do not feel like you are in New York out on Fire Island. It is a desination unlike any other and it is so close to NY City. No cursing out car drivers. There are no roads and no cars. Property is decorated in a nautical theme. A throwback to mariner days. Close to center of the village, you do not have to walk far from the ferry dock. Remember, it is Fire Island. Come prepared. You want all the ammenities of the mainland like shopping and attractions like mini golf, go elsewhere. You want a REAL adventure of the elements, go to Fire Island. There is NO PLACE like it anywhere close. You can really unplug here, have great beaches all to yourself and have a good time with family and friends.

Summary: The home was the cleanest ever. We truly loved the outdoor spaces and kitchen. And an abundance of cooking and comforts (linens, cushions, etc.) made for a carefree vacation. The top deck was fabulous.

Summary: Our family spent a lovely week in Davis Park. The house is in the older section of the town and really had the old beach bungalow feel. The house was well appointed, lots of toys, chairs and towels for the beach, and a well stocked kitchen to make a meal after a day.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at Daniel's property. Its a small beach house in a great location - close to the ferry, but still with privacy. Though its small on the inside, there's plenty of outdoor areas to live when the weather is nice. The big TV with Dish helped when the weather wasn't cooperating. Obviously, the beaches is the main attraction, and very appreciative that the house has all the chairs, umbrellas, toys one could ask for!
