Summary: We arrived easily (after reading the directions HA!) don't trust your navigation. House was cute.We did have an issue with the main bedroom being a little warmer than the rest of the house but my husband cleaned the filter and it got better.

Summary: This beautiful farmhouse is perfect for a quick family getaway! The property is beautiful and lots to explore. It’s also a quick drive into Waco with lots of fun things to do there. Our favorite part was just spending the afternoon at the house relaxing and playing outside!

Summary: We stayed here two years ago for Thanksgiving. Great, quiet location. Cooked meals for our family of 8 easily. Beautiful mornings and sunsets. Kids outside and not on electronics. We will most certainly stay again!

Summary: We were in town with friends to support my husband doing the 70.3 Ironman. It was so nice to be close to downtown Waco, but have a quiet, secluded getaway as a home base. The house had everything we needed from coffee, to sports activities, to chairs for around the firepit. Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: We are from Nebraska and we were meeting family from Texas in Waco for the Iowa State/Baylor football game. The property was close enough to Waco to make an easy drive, it was easy to find, check in, quiet, and even came with cattle. Would definitely recommend this property.
