Positive: We were very well informed in advance how to enter the property using the Code on the Key Panel. The property address was accurate and it was kept very clean. It was a very quiet neighborhood and even though there was a school opposite, there was no disturbance at all. Very close to all amenities too. We were a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay there.
Negative: A few more Big Spoons and Coffee pods would help.
Summary: Very Clean Place. Were a fly of 4 had wonderful time. Close to all amenities & quiet neighborhood

Positive: The spacious apartment is on the first floor with a shared access (which isn't totally clear from the listing). We enjoyed our stay in Port Moody. The apartment is well located for the SkyTrain and the local shops and restaurants.
Negative: The curtains in two bedrooms and the lounge were thin and thicker curtains would prevent the light in the morning and also provide some privacy in the evening from the comings and goings at the school opposite. The bedroom at the back was not totally clean.

Positive: Our stay was great! Host was easy to contact and responded quickly, the location was PERFECT, the accommodations were clean, well stocked, and comfy. Our host also surprised us with a nice bowl of chocolates. Everything was great and we’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

Positive: Pluses: - Amazing location - walk to everything - Easy entry - Very attentive and understanding host (needed more towels and they were provided instantly), also I had broken the shampoo bottle dispenser and it wasn't an issue - very understanding. - Great parking - Great fully equipped kitchen - Nice living room/dining and bedrooms - Lots of nice stuff like coffees for the keurig machine and such - Nice bathroom and huge tub
Negative: Minuses: - Heavy, unpleasant odor of food upon arrival which almost ruined our stay. It was so bad we had to go out and purchase candles to help mask/fight the stench. It disappated and was gone the next day, but then the day after that, a different (but equally as unpleasant and repulsive) food odor enveloped the entire place once again. We became concerned this issue would literally permeate our clothes, but thankfully this didn't happen. - Important to know, the host lives on the lower level, which is open to the entrance way to where the stairs lead up to the home. The top of the stairs is open to the living room and kitchen, which makes it a privacy issue as there's no door closing the upstairs so watching tv, cooking in the kitchen or having dinner and such is all audible to anyone on the lower level coming and going. I don't like being this harsh on reviews, and again, the pluses are great and should be taken into account - but these issues need to be addressed... particularly the odor. It created an instant "what did I get myself into?" the moment one comes through the door sense of regret. My litmus test for such issues is simple: "Would I stay here again?" The answer is no, unless the problems were fixed.
