Welcome to Gem by the Sea, a stunning four-bedroom home located in the beautiful Crystal Beach area of Destin. This luxurious getaway is perfect for families and groups of friends, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests.
The house is ideally situated just a quick 6-minute walk to the pristine Crystal Beach. It’s an equally short walk to Destin Commons, a fantastic outdoor mall where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment. Henderson Beach State Park is a 10-minute bike ride (we provide 4 adult bikes).
The Crystal beach area offers a wide range of activities for everyone's taste, but without all of the hustle and bustle of other parts of Destin. From stunning beaches and water sports to golfing and shopping, there's something for every guest to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it ideal for evening walks. Additionally, you'll find a variety of restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms spread across three levels, each with comfy beds and a flat-screen TV so that all guests can enjoy their favorite shows and movies from the comfort of their own rooms.
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and access to a lovely private balcony. This is the perfect place to sit in the morning to take in a beautiful sunrise. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower.
On this second floor, you’ll also find a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ocean-inspired decor. The third bedroom on this level is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle bed located underneath. There is a sleek full bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower for these bedrooms.
Head upstairs to the third-floor loft, where you’ll find the fourth bedroom. This bright bedroom boasts two comfortable queen-sized beds and plenty of natural light thanks to the large window. This space has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. It’s a great place for the kids to hang out and play foosball or try their hand at the Playstation games available.
There is a third full bathroom on the main level with a shower and tub combination so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower. Each of the three full bathrooms is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
