Be a minute to the beach in the best location of LA! For 1 to 4 people, our condo comes with two bikes so you can enjoy 22 miles of bike track by the beach. Best bars/restaurants close by. All hotspots of Venice are at walking distance: boardwalk, Gold's Gym, Rose Ave, Main St, Muscle Beach, canals, skate park... Our off-site parking space is available a 4-minute walk away. All surfaces are professionally cleaned and disinfected.
Amazing location a step away to the beach, in between the famous Venice Beach Boardwalk and the best shops/restaurants on Main Street, just one block from trendy Rose Ave.
Airy space with tons of character on the ground floor of a cute historical building. Located in a very touristy place, our apartment offers an alternative to a hotel stay and provides the amenities you may need for a different sort of traveling experience.
It is a charming beach apartment, clean and perfectly furnished, in a small condominium with three floors. The place is located on the ground floor, so very easy to access. As the location is right on Venice Beach, the area gets very busy in summer with a lot of animation and it can be noisy sometimes.
The apartment is 650 square feet and has a combination of laminate floor and tiles flooring. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed which sleeps two people comfortably. In the living room, a sofa pulls out to convert to a queen-sized bed that sleeps two people as well.
One bathroom with a shower and a tub, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. A fully-equipped kitchen (four gas burners stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery for four people, cooking utensils). An iron and an ironing board are also available.
We put at your disposal 2 bikes (beach cruisers) with locks. We provide one off-site parking space in a parking lot a four-minute walk away, and you can also park on the street (parking is free, just check the signs to avoid having a ticket). There are bus stops close-by (on Main St), it is very convenient to use Uber or Lyft and the Bird or Lime scooters to move around. The Waymo cars without driver are cheap and they will drop you off right at the door!
The check-in procedure is automated so you don't need to worry about late arrivals or having to wait for us at the property. Just let us know your time of arrival and departure prior.
Important to know: as in all the Venice buildings that are directly on the boardwalk, the sound insulation is not optimal and we can hear the noise of the street. If you are a light sleeper or intolerant of the slightest noise, this is not the place for you. According to Vrbo guidelines, there's a Ring doorbell on the porch that records every time someone enters and leaves the apartment.
The highlights of this apartment are its incredible location, the two free beach cruisers provided and the fact that there is free parking included, which is a true luxury in Venice Beach.

Summary: Basic one bedroom apartment, sunny in the morning, with a view of a valet parking lot, in the back of an apartment building that faces the ocean. Nice kitchen and good shower. Forty five seconds out the door and you are on the beach walk next to the beach. Beautiful walks in both the north and south direction.

Summary: I found the humble ground floor apartment right smack on the promenade, to be clean comfortable and certainly prime location in the midst of vibrant and entertaining Venice Beach. 2 rooms, 2 beds, Nicely appointed with standards plus a beach cruiser bicycle, tidy, kitchen. we would stay there again and bathroom.

Summary: This property was as expected. It is simple and clean. It’s all about the location which is steps away from the beach. We were able spend our days biking and skating just like we wanted. The fact that this place has an off site parking spot is important because parking in the area is expensive. The host was very responsive when we had questions. The area is loud because it’s right on the boardwalk so make sure you bring ear plugs for sleeping. It is definitely on the quieter side but there’s lots of beach traffic. We wanted the proximity to the beach so we’re fine with it. Loved having the use of the two bikes that the property comes with. If you want to feel like a local, this is the place to be.

Summary: I had the best time staying at this property. The apartment was nice and clean. Good size too! Big bed, huge living room , nice kitchen with everything you need. So nice that it comes with 2 bikes to use on the lovely bike path that is right near the apartment. The beach was so close! All you do is walk out the door, turn the corner and boom! Beach right there. I spent 2 days exploring Venice and Santa Monica and has a blast. It was nice to be so close to everything that I didn’t have to worry about driving or ubering. The host was lovely, she was easy to communicate with. Check in was so simple. I would definitely stay there again! I miss it already

Summary: This was the perfect weekend getaway for my daughter and I. Perfect Beach location and there are two bikes!! Even better there is a coveted FREE parking spot just a few blocks away. The unit is very basic and a bit noisy, but we were well informed on this by the listing and the very communicative owner. We brought good ear plugs and used the White noise apps on our phones. Worked like a charm. Owner was available quickly by text and responded to our questions within minutes.

Summary: Good comms and everything worked as it should. Can’t beat location if you want to be by Venice Beach, less than 100 yds from your front door and your feet are on the sand. Property fits the area, so don’t expect 5* Hyatt luxury - you need to pay a lot more for that - if you want location, fun and serviceable unit, this place is great.

Summary: We had an amazing trip, our landlord was above and beyond. Ada was beyond nice, our accommodation was completely stocked with the essentials and I didn't have any need for anything. The apartment was beyond my expectations for closeness to the beach. I will definitely visit again.
