This apartment has a spacious main floor living room and travertine dining table that seats 8 - the perfect gathering place for your group. The well-equipped main kitchen includes two ranges, oversized refrigerator, dishwasher, and separate ice maker – perfect for cooking and entertaining. Sliding doors from the main dining area lead to a large, furnished screened-in porch that includes an additional dining table and comfortable seating areas. Both kitchen and porch open to a rear deck and large outdoor gas grill. This apartment has a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom, another main floor full bathroom, and large lower-level bedroom with king bed.
The apartment is furnished with contemporary furniture and high-end finishes - comfortable seating, granite countertops, and ceiling fans throughout. There is an outdoor shower featuring slate flooring and a lava pedestal sink and mirror. In Rehoboth, location matters - and this property is on the east side of Route 1, one block from Silver Lake, a quick 4-block walk to the beach and boardwalk and a 0.75 mile walk to the heart of Rehoboth Ave with its wonderful dining and shops. We park our cars and walk everywhere. For those wanting a lift, the Jolly Trolley stops at the corner of our street. Our property has ample parking space and two are allocated for use by guests of the apartment. Guests provide their own linens and towels and often rent those items from 227rent.com. The service delivers and picks up from the property.

Summary: Wonderful property and very attentive and responsive owner, not that we needed to contact them with any issues. The location is perfect. About 10 min walk to the beach and easy access to Route 1. The property is beautiful both inside and out.

Summary: Optimal location, 10 mins walk to the calm side of Rehoboth beach, 20 mins walk to downtown, we did not use the car for 1 week, breakfast and dinners in the shaded patio, gorgeous neighborhood. Perfect.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. The location is quiet and peaceful but just a short and easy distance to all the happenings of the boardwalk and surroundings. The morning walk around the lake is serene and the walk to poodle beach is short and easy. We stayed in the lower apartment #1 and it is clean and beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the screened in portion of the deck which is adorable and comfy. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well equipped to make your own meals. As a coffee snob I was especially grateful for the Mr Coffee drip coffee maker, rather than a keurig. This was a 5-star experience.

Summary: And this stay was the best decorated cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The artwork and comfortable furniture and upscale finishes everywhere made it feel like a luxurious vacation. The owner was very good at communication and one little issue we had. She went out of her way to resolve for us. The only less than five detail is that the street is very busy for a not major, residential area. You have to be very careful backing out of the driveway or crossing the street. Overall, it was a perfect set up for two adult couples (or a family!) to share. I’d love to return on my next time trip to the beach.

Summary: My friends, partner, and I have been using VRBO for our annual Rehoboth summer trip for 6 years. This property was not only the closest to the beach but was also the nicest property we've found. The home was beautifully decorated and contained a spacious screened in porch, which we utilized a lot during our trip. The kitchen was large with up to date appliances. We would highly recommend securing this property for your next trip to Rehoboth.

Summary: The property was well-appointed but slightly dark both in decor and in actual light to our taste. The downstairs bedroom was nicely furnished but somehow made all of us a bit uncomfortable—still felt like the basement somehow. The screened porch and kitchen/dining area as well as the upstairs bedroom and bathrooms were great.

Summary: The floor plan, beds, baths, kitchen, and porch are all great. We like this location--out of the fray but close enough for comfort. Well-stocked kitchen, love the ice maker. We practically lived on the large comfy screened porch. As it was late in the season, the back deck and rear landscaping not as pristine as in past years. We were allowed to check out the independent upstairs apartment and think that renting both would be great for a larger family.
