Summary: Master bed had NO mattress pad. Carpet was disgusting. Stone falling off outside fireplace, dangerous. Old appliances. Main toilet, runs non stop and I’m pretty sure that their septic system needs to be cleaned. We went back to Canton for a few days, and when we came back, there was feces in toilet. Happened again when we were there

Summary: Let me first give all of the positives! The location was great and close to falls, tubing, hiking etc.. and the view at the cabin was beautiful! We enjoyed the deer in the mornings. The cabin was clean overall it could use some updating but not a deal breaker. Now the negatives.....the day we arrived the upstaris toilet had leaked into the laundry area...like yucky water in the light fixture and on top of the dryer...that problem was addressed the very next morning which was great. We had water pressure issues while people were showering or vice versa while we washed dishes or ran dishwasher....no biggie until our last day my mother was trying to wash clothes and no pressure at all....nothing was on or running-nothing! Dirt was coming out of faucets and low water pressure in all faucets/shower..... We called vacasa to report it and of course they do not have an emergency plumber or anyone to come out and access the issue...very dissappointed beings all of our laundry needed to be washed! Okay I get that but vacasa was very nonchalant and uncaring. Kind of stinks that this gem of a place had so many plumbing issues and property management isn't reliable. I really hope that these issues get fixed as we really enjoyed our time there. Hoping all gets fixed...we really think its a well problem!

Summary: This is my second time staying at Beavers Mountain Escape. There’s so much I love about this place. It’s a very quiet area, the cabin is easy to get to and only about 20 minutes away from town, and there’s lots of space. There were a few downsides during this stay. The toilet on the main level runs and the sink doesn’t have much water pressure. Also, it could’ve used a little more cleaning. We found 2 articles of clothing that weren’t ours and the couches had chips/crumbs on them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and lots of room. One thing the description says is that it has a fenced in yard, but there was no fence. The yard is huge though so it was great to have our dog run free!

Summary: The property is ok and has outdoor spaces, but certainly dated. Stairs are steep, basement stairs risers are too high, and the deck could use a refresh. We had problems straight away with old appliances including the grill. The local team was helpful but waiting for replacements took 2-days out of our vacation. The offer to compensate was sadly less than 1/3 of one night with the added bonus of keeping an old stove on the porch we were hoping to enjoy on our vacation. If this customer service is the norm, I doubt I will using VRBO or VACASA again.
