Summary: Beautiful house and location, friendly hosts, easily located and not on a busy road. Enclosed for those with children, and small touches of kindness were all around - dishwasher tablets, tinfoil, kettle, air freshener, toilet roll, and a big range of cutlery, crockery, pans etc. Well equipped house with lovely big windows, views of the valley and of the lightning in a thunderstorm too. Wouldn't hesitate to come again.

Summary: We hadden meer verwacht van het huisje. Toen we aankwamen, zaten er mieren in de keuken. Er waren ook 3 stopcontacten die niet werkten. Jammer dat er maar 1 toilet is voor 8 gasten. Ondanks dat er verwacht werd dat er goed gesorteerd werd, stond hier geen duidelijke uitleg over. De houtkachel en de verschillende spelen in de kelder waren zeker een pluspunt. Ook een ruime tuin met mooi uitzicht, ideaal voor kinderen. Leuk dat er een BBQ aanwezig was!

Summary: La maison est globalement appréciable. Les fauteuils de l'espace de détente au 1er étage sont très confortables (dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de divan, par contre). Le wi-fi est très bon. La cuisine est bien équipée. Dommage qu'elle ne soit pas dotée d'un four. Un grand plus est la cave/salle de jeu avec babyfoot, ping pong et billard à bouchon. Le poêle à bois est très agréable mais il faut savoir qu'il n'est pas facultatif quand il fait froid car malgré le grand volume de la maison, il n'y a que deux petits radiateurs électriques au rez de chaussée. Ce poêle à bois chauffe donc en fait toute la maison. La télé (très grande mais sans lecteur DVD) se trouve dans l'espace de détente du 1er étage. On ne peut donc pas en même temps profiter du feu et de la télé (pour ceux qui aiment cela) La maison est parsemées d'affiches de règles diverses avec amendes mentionnées en cas de non respect. C'est la première fois que nous voyons cela et ça enlève le sentiment de se sentir chez soi le temps du séjour. Une des règles à respecter (sous peine d'une amende de 50 EUR) est le respect du calme des voisins. OK, nous aussi aimons le calme. Nous avons dès lors été énervé par ce voisin maniaque qui passe ses journées à tailler sa haie pourtant déjà parfaite (ah non, c'est vrai, l'une ou l'autre branche dépassait d'un mm par rapport au reste) ou évacuer les feuilles mortes de sa pelouse parfaite avec un souffleur très bruyant. Ou encore qui parle en criant dehors à 8 hr du matin pendant 20 min (pour nous qui aimons les grass mat en vacances, c'est vraiment très pénible). A quand l'amende de 50 EUR pour les voisins inutilement bruyants ??? Un dernier point négatif est lié aux suppléments de prix, assez conséquents (même sans amende !!!). La location pour une semaine coutait 580 EUR, à laquelle il a fallu ajouter 162 EUR. Ceci pour des frais pas clairs à priori 20 EUR pour les draps (alors que nous avions pris les nôtre). 5 EUR pour les sacs poubelle (c'est la première fois qu'on paie cela dans une location de vacances) 25 EUR pour le bois (indispensable vu que le poele à bois chauffe toute la maison), avec interdiction d'utiliser du bois autre que celui sur place. 50 EUR pour le nettoyage (que nous pouvions faire nous même). Donc, 742 EUR la semaine, en novembre, ça fait un peu cher quand même pour ce type de maison. En conclusion, si nous avions fait abstraction des coûts (et du stress des amendes), nous aurions sans doute mis bon comme évaluation globale à la place de raisonnable.

Overal reglementen opgeplakt in vreselijk Nederlands met steeds de boodschap 'verboden te ...' of 'je moet ...' wat niet echt een gastvrije indruk geeft. Geen oven in de keuken, een groot gebrek in deze tijd waarin door Covid 19 de restaurants gesloten waren.

Summary: Prachtig gelegen huis, La Roche dichtbij. Niet de meeste luxe maar prijs-kwaliteit goed! Goed voorzien wat betreft keuken. Tip: vliegenraam met name in de slaapkamers boven.

Summary: Ondanks coronamaatregelen toch nog aangename vakantie gehad in dit vakantieverblijf. Het was de tweede keer dat we hier logeerden, dus we wisten perfect waar we ons konden aan verwachten. Het was een leuk weerzien en we kregen zoals vorige keer verse eitjes van de echtgenote van de eigenaar. Ook vriendelijk dat hij de inhoud van de koelkast, die ik vergeten te legen was, in zijn eigen koelkast bewaard heeft en ik deze nog dezelfde dag kon komen ophalen. Huisje is perfect, de kinderen kloegen juist van een wat harde matras, omdat ze thuis een zachtere gewoon zijn. Dit is het enige minpuntje dat ik over de accomodatie kan opmerken...
