Summary: Ein wunderschönes kleines Ferienhaus auf einem tollen ländlichen Grundstück. Für Urlaub mit Kind und/oder Hund perfekt.

Summary: Umgebung liegt im Grünen, ein Gartenhaus der Vermieter, umgeben von Hühnern Enten und Kaninchen. Für Kinder sehr nett.

Summary: Kleines, aber feines Ferienhaus auf großem eingezäuntem Naturgrundstück mit einem Hasen, Enten und Katzen . Kinderspielecke mit Rutsche, Schaukel, überdachtem Buddelkasten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns gleich von Anfang an wohl. Zum Strand nur 5 Autominuten und absolut zu empfehlen für kleine Kinder, da sehr flach. Kleiner Tierpark in Wismar. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem tollen Kinderspielplatz.

Summary: Der Vermieter bzw. Gastgeber erachtete es als nicht notwendig selbst einmal anwesend zu sein, der Schlüssel steckte und das versprechen abends dann selbst vorbei zu schauen wurde nicht eingehalten--- Die Couch im Gastraum war schmutzig, ebenso der Außengrill. Über all das hätten wir wohl wollend hinweggesehen aber dann kam weiter zum Vorschein eine so schlecht schließende Haustür das man durch den Schlitz ca. 5mm auf den Hofsehen konnte. Der putz an der Türleibung war nicht nur gerissen sondern teilweise abgeplatzt und notdürftig übergestrichen, somit ist ersichtlich, das Problem war gegenwärtig wurde aber nicht behoben. Das jedoch war noch immer nicht genug sofort ab zu reisen, in der Nacht begann die im Wohnraum verbaute Gastherme derartige Geräusche zu machen, immer wieder ausgehen und anspringen, das ganze Gerät viebrite an der Wand. Wir schalteten das gerät aus Sicherheitsgründen ab und versuchten den Vermieter zu erreichen, vergeblich. Am Morgen fanden wir einen Prüfbeleg von der Therme aus 2014 Sicherheitsrelevantes Bauteil--- und dann so tun als wäre das ja nicht so schlimm-- Danke Belvilla AG wir haben 2/3 unserer Zahlung zurück gebucht--- und geben für alle Interessenten zu bedenken, es ist Euer Urlaub, Eure freie Zeit, Niemand aber auch Niemand hat das Recht diese durch lapidare Grundhaltung und Leichtfertigkeit in irgend einer Weise zu Trüben.
