Summary: House was not really clean. Dust in the corners, dead flies at the ceiling. Beds were very weak and further muddy covers. Kitchen equipment was very poor. Space in the house was good and place is nice.

Summary: Everything at the property was excellent. However we had a dispute with the booking agency who had given us incorrect information about the total price of the rental. Thankfully I had taken a screen shot of the price breakdown and after many email communications to dispute the invoice we paid the original price quoted. We felt very misled by the booking agency.

Summary: Der Park ist sehr gut am Wasser angelegt. Unser Haus war frisch renoviert und sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und konnte in allen Sprachen hilfreich unterstützen. Das eigene Schwimmbad mit Rutsche hat unseren Kleinen (5 und 7) gut gefallen. Im Restaurant war die Bedienung freundlich und wir haben auf der Karte alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Der Park liegt hinter einem Damm. Auf der anderen Seite ist das Meer und ein schöner Stand mit gutem Restaurant. Von hier kann man auch gut zu Fuß nach Medemblik wandern und die Stadt erkunden. Was hat gestört: Im Park waren fast immer die Mülltonnen überfüllt, so dass oft der Müll daneben lag. Das ist kein schönes Bild. Hier kann man sicher noch optimieren. Fazit: Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Medemblik und die Umgebung haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Summary: Wirklich gut! Ich dachte anfangs, dass der ganze Park sehr künstlich wirkt mit den kleinen Kanälen. Dem ist nicht so - alles wirkt organisch und es ist ein herrliches Gefühl, aus dem eigenen Garten auf's Wasser zu schauen. Die Häuser sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauberkeit des Hauses war bei uns absolut gegeben, keine Beanstandungen. Medemblik ist ein freundlicher kleiner Ort mit vielen Booten. Von dort aus lassen sich gut schöne Ausflugsziele wie Hoorn oder Volendam erreichen. Also von meiner Seite: Klare Empfehlung!

Summary: Dagelijks werden we rond 7 uur / half 8 gewekt door bouwwerkzaamheden aan nieuwe huisjes tegenover ons huisje. Dit hebben we ook gemeld in de app maar hebben we geen reactie op gehad. Ook bij de receptie was geen melding binnen gekomen. Van de receptie hebben we ook geen reactie ontvangen. Tevens is de wifi erg slecht, practisch onbruikbaar.
