Be one of the first to stay at Rusty Pelican, a newly renovated and decorated oceanview home. Beautifully landscaped and perfectly placed between gorgeous Flagler Beach and the intercoastal waterways. You'll have your own private walkway to the beach that is only used by locals and many times you will find yourself the only one on the beach. The summer brings the sea turtles to your front yard, and the winter brings the whales migrating and birthing their young.

Rusty Pelican is a three-story home with a kitchen and living room on the top floor to give you a direct ocean view. There is an elevator, so groceries and luggage are easy peasy to load into the house. There are two ocean view front porches to watch the sunrise and a west patio to sip a glass of wine and see the sunset at the end of the day. There is plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out on holiday. From the upgraded fully-equipped chef's kitchen to the fantastic views, you will fall in love with this home and will be planning your next vacation to stay with us before you leave. The middle floor primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a perfect sitting area to relax in to start and end the day. Also located on the middle floor are two guest bedrooms, each with queen beds, and include a full shared bath with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs is a bonus room/study with its own en-suite bathroom boasting an oversized walk-in shower.

There is an indoor elevator for your convenience. You'll have private beach access across the street, and after a day on the beach, the outdoor shower area will wash away the sand before you come in to relax. There is an open floor plan with a convenient wrap-around couch and huge TVs to enjoy. A king bed with a lovely view, balcony access, and a sitting area to relax in. Historic St. Augustine is about 45 minutes away and is a must-see with its rich history as being the Nation's Oldest City teeming with museums, tours, historical sites, award-winning food, and shopping. Just south is the family-friendly community of Flagler offering oceanfront restaurants, bars, and a fantastic fresh farmers market on Fridays and Saturdays. Orlando's Disney World is 90 minutes away for amusement park enthusiasts.

Summary: The house is perfect. Plenty of space, clean and the property/proximity the beach is perfect. The short walk to the beach was much appreciated with my toddler/baby. The elevator is a huge plus for suitcases and groceries. Would 100% recommend!

Summary: This property is comfortable and in like new condition throughout. The only part that was not 100% pleasurable about the property was the road noise that can be heard in the master bedroom. I am not used to road noise when sleeping so found myself awaking periodically because of it. A heavy sleeper may not even notice. The road noise can not be heard from the guest bedrooms however. The elevator is a great plus for this property as it worked really well for taking groceries / luggage up to the 2nd and 3rd floor versus taking the stairs (I'm lazy and really like this feature of the home). We would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Beautiful house and a good location. The view from the top deck is nice and you can see the ocean from there. The elevator came in really handy as well. Nice stay for biketoberfest.
