Check out the guidebook for some ideas!Step out and visit the town of North Stonington,Stonington, Westerly and Mystic then return to your quiet spot. Nestled in the trees on a quiet lake this home is designed to be a sanctuary and a launch pad for outdoor adventures.It features sweeping views and an open living space. A short drive to store, casinos, wineries, forest for hikes and 95. This is a lovely new home that relieves all your stress the moment you walk through the door. Views from every window are spectacular and all appliances are brand new with plenty of cooking space. Spring is in the air, encouraging lots of walks around the lake, visits to the local wineries and brisk walks on the beaches of Rhode Island. The Perch includes the first floor of the home, the cabana by the lake and an option to rent the down stairs bedroom and bath (not accessible from the first floor) for additional guests. $100/night There is also bocci ball, walks in the woods (blue trail). Should you want to get in a car there are wineries, casinos, beaches, concerts, restaurants... all about 15-20 minutes from the house. Summary: My Family and I stayed here over labor day weekend and we had a blast! The property is great and surrounded by water. We stay at alot of houses for our vacations and this one was the cleanest yet. Definitely would recommend this place.

Summary: We loved our stay at the Perch lake house. Was a perfect weekend going to winery, Mystic and Stonington. Beautiful views of the lake sitting out on the deck and also from inside with so many windows. Would absolutely come back for another stay! Thank you to the owner Linda who is lovely!

Summary: We loved staying at this lake front property. Perfect relaxing very hot summer days spent on the lake floating, kayaking or paddle boarding. We also visited Mystic twice and Bluff Point. Wonderful getaway location!
