This lovely Lido Beach Villa will delight you with its contemporary charm and beautiful new pristine interior. Newly renovated in March 2025, this beautiful villa features an open floor plan with new high-end appliances and furnishings throughout. The Kitchen features all new high-gloss white cabinetry and new appliances, including a drawer fridge/freezer and custom under-counter refrigeration system. The large island peninsula with swivel bar stools is the ideal place to have breakfast, or set up your laptop for a work session. This beautiful custom kitchen with tidewater blue countertops and custom Sand Dollar backsplash will delight you with its striking beach colors and modern features. The glass dining table is the perfect place to have a lovely dinner, play a game of cards, or work on a puzzle with plenty of overhead lighting. With a custom built-in dry bar with beverage refrigerator, there's plenty of space for those special bottles of wine or vacation cocktails to enjoy on your vacation. The living room has a leather natuzzi sofa with dual electric recliners to provide that perfect level of relaxation. The two swivel chairs provide a full 360 view of this beautiful villa with views through the window of the peaceful courtyard fountain. The downstairs master bedroom has a velvet king-size bed with luxury linens, a comfortable chair for reading that perfect book, a large oversized dresser, and two closets. The private bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower with custom tile, and a vanity with plenty of drawers and a frameless LED lighted mirror with an anti-fog setting. The master bedroom hallway has a new full-size ventless stacked washer/dryer unit, and a newly installed on-demand water system, which means you will never run out of hot water. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full-size private bathroom with a tub/shower. If you enjoy sitting outside, there is a small balcony off the upstairs bedroom that offers outdoor seating with two chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking one of the beautiful courtyard fountains. Additionally, there are two beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for that relaxing day on the beach. The Unit has a dedicated covered parking space just a few steps from the front door, so your car will stay covered and cool, and you won't have far to walk. The complex is very small and extremely quiet with a beautiful courtyard containing two fountains. This villa is a strictly non-smoking pet free unit.

Summary: Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo, which has been completely renovated since the hurricanes. It is in a perfect location, one block to Lido Beach and 10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle. There is also a free trolley which takes you around Lido Key and into downtown Sarasota. The host is very helpful and always available by phone. Highly recommend!

Summary: The property was as advertised. Quiet location. Easy 2-block walk to the ocean, easy 0.6 mile walk to St. Armands Circle with several great restaurants and shops, 0.25 mile walk to Ted Sperling nature park where there are plenty of kayak tours of the mangrove tunnels. Nice to be able to leave the car at the property and be able to easily walk everywhere. Communications with Mandi were great and she accommodated an early arrival time.
