This gorgeous home in Manzanita boasts a private hot tub, is dog-friendly, in a quiet location, and is the perfect place to spend a beach getaway with your loved ones. With a particularly welcoming interior with plenty of entertainment options, everyone will love it here.
Perched about two blocks north of Nehalem Bay, this home is midway between the towns of Manzanita and Nehalem. Within a short drive you can access several restaurants and stores, as well as the beautiful coastline near Manzanita. And, with Seaside just 30 minutes north and Tillamook 40 minutes south, you can easily explore the rest of the Northern Coast if you feel like leaving laid-back and friendly Manzanita.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is well equipped to host up to eight guests, and you're even welcome to bring two dogs with you (though please note that an additional fee will apply). Inside is a cozy interior with an open living area with plenty of seating and a TV set up with cable, Blu-ray/DVD players, and Netflix connectivity.
A full kitchen has ample space and all the appliances and tools that the cook in your group may need. This home also has a shared bathroom accessible from the hallway, as well as a laundry area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom, the second room features another queen bed, and the final room has a twin-over-full bunk with an additional full-size trundle bed.
All in all, up to eight guests will have cozy places to sleep here. Outside, you will find a patio with a gas grill, and - best of all - a private hot tub! The home backs up to a green space that will soon be converted into a bayfront park.
With plenty of space, a quiet atmosphere, and plenty of entertainment options, this home would be great for a large family, two smaller families, or a group of close friends. The beach can be accessed via a quick drive to Manzanita, and elsewhere around the Northern Coast are plenty of gorgeous natural areas as well as charming beachfront cities to explore.

Summary: The area itself and the neighborhood is great, quiet, there is a park right across the street to take your dogs. Although this house is dog friendly, the house/yard is not fenced, so you can't just let your dog out. The dogs must be leashed. The house needs more blinds or curtains, from the master bedroom doorway, the neighbors could technically see if you were standing there dressing. The master bedroom bed frame was AWFUL. Any movement from anyone and you hear the metal bedframe hitting the wall or squeaking. The hot tub was dirty, and the lid was broken, you have to have 2 people to open or shut it. The images of the hot tub location is deceitful as well, there are curtains surrounding it in the backyard, and that is the only barrier, the curtains do not go up high enough, so the neighbors could technically watch you from their upstairs window. It was windy a couple of the days when we were staying and I had to use my hair clips to try to pin the curtains together so we had a bit more privacy, otherwise they just blew around in the wind. The house overall, just seemed like it wasn't clean.. like someone did a half-a** job cleaning it, and they wouldn't allow early check in so they can prepare the house. ALL the towels smelled like mildew, we had to re-wash them prior to use, at least they had detergent to be able to do that. I think someone else mentioned that the washer leaks, it appears it is still leaking. Vacasa is not doing a good job.

Summary: I liked the house. It was clean and had great space for a family. Two small things need updating. Kitchen fry pans are old and rusty, and the curtains covering the hot tub area are ripped and an old bright orange. Very odd. But overall the stay was pretty nice and we had a great time!

Summary: The house is very cute and spacious as well as tidy. That said, every single towel and sheet in the house smelled intensely of mildew which also made the rooms smell. We had to soend a couple hours re-washing everything and airing out the house.

Summary: Cute home , but needs deep clean ( baseboards especially ) slight musty /pet odor . The beds are really bad , we saw other complaints/reviews about them but apparently the owner isn’t listening. They have permanent indentations and lumps from being worn out. Other than that , great location and works for a family
