Positive: the property is very spacious,i would say it is the most specious property in Beer Sheva that I saw for the last five years. the property has two full bathrooms that is very convenient if you are not travel alone. The host is very accommodating. The host provides all the necessary bathroom amenities for the initial period. The apartment is located in a very convenient place with easy access to all the essential stores. Parking is free and located right outside the apartment windows.

Negative: there is absolutely nothing to dislike

Summary: i would rent this apartment again without any hesitation

Positive: Kitchen was nice. Park across the street.

Negative: Stains on couch. Location wasn’t great. Loud at night. Washing machine but no dryer and apartment wasn’t warm enough to dry clothes. Also, no clothes washing soap.

Summary: Accommodations were ok but not worth the price.

Positive: Great walking park across the street, easy to locate, park and access. Great hosts who are easy to communicate with. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

Negative: Cars a little noisy on the street throughout the nite. But that is what it is.
