Steps from Paradise: The beach is your backyard! Follow a wooded path just 100 yards to a private sandy upper beach area with stunning views of Great Peconic Bay. Relax on Adirondack chairs or take the short steps down to your own secluded beach haven. We provide beach equipment to maximize your fun: two kayaks, two paddleboards, life jackets, chairs, umbrella, toys, and more!
Relaxation Inside and Out: Upon entering the Beach Cottage you'll find a freshly renovated kitchen with new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A full bathroom with a large shower is conveniently located just off the Kitchen.
The Heart of the Home: The Great Room *wows* with its cathedral ceilings and timeless furnishings. Unwind in the cozy seating area with a decorative fireplace, or gather around the formal dining table.
Main Level Comfort: The air-conditioned Primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. Access the Primary bedroom through a comfortable air-conditioned TV room with a Samsung Smart TV offering cable and streaming services – perfect for quiet afternoons.
Upstairs Fun: The large upstairs dormer bedroom boasts a queen bed and a twin trundle bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. This room also has air conditioning/heating and blackout blinds for a restful stay.
Tranquil Screened Porch: Escape to the screened-in porch, a private haven with comfortable seating and an outdoor breakfast table. Enjoy a good book, a nap, or your morning coffee surrounded by the sounds of nature!

We require a signed rental agreement and valid identification card on file, along with a credit card for a $500 refundable security deposit.
There is parking for up to 3 vehicles at the house.
We value peace and quiet and discourage parties and loud music. We do not allow large events or weddings at the house.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 26 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
There is NO smoking permitted in the cottage.
Rentals are from April 15th thru October 31st as the Cottage is not winterized.

Summary: Great property and even better owner. Meredith was awesome. She was specific with information, very accessible and willing to accommodate us in any way she could. The house was very clean and had a new but contemporary look to it. Great Wi-Fi and beautiful view on the beach. I would recommend them to anyone and may schedule another rental soon.

Summary: Lovely, private well-appointed cottage. Lots of comfy seating. Full kitchen, 2 gorgeous bathrooms. 1 bedroom on the main floor but fun open space up tricky stairs to sleep more! No bathroom upstairs. Short path to private beach with gorgeous views, and Adirondack chairs. Kayaks, paddleboards, and beach towels all provided!

Summary: We rented both the main house and the cottage listed by this host on the same property. The brides family stayed in this 5 bedroom home and we (the groom’s family) stayed in the cottage. First, I must admit to not being the most organized renter and Meredith, the host was gracious and accommodating every step of the way. The location was perfect! We had the bridesmaids at the house the morning of the wedding to get ready and had photos taken of the deck overlooking the water. The pictures are stunning! Both the house and the cottage are equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very clean.

Summary: Had a great stay, loved the private beach, and the house was definitely roomy enough for the four of us. Meredith and Teresa were super helpful. My only recommendation would be to add a kettle to the kitchen for us tea drinkers. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Classic old cottage with renovated kitchen, baths n bedrooms. Short walk to the beach head by the bay. Nice SUP n Kayaks available bayside. Everything you need is in the storage locker at the beach: umbrella, extra chairs, some toys for kids. Great views of the Peconic n Robbin’s island from beach area. Patio at the house is private surrounded by natural wooded area but no view of the bay. Great location in a natural setting.

Summary: Smooth, easy and problem free stay for 2 couples to enjoy a destressing long summer weekend. Sitting out on the small stretch of private beach, getting in some kayak time and sun time, followed by winery visits and tastings then dinner at local restaurants, followed by evening movies in comfortable accomodations. We loved that the lovely cottage was perfect for our group, clean and comfortable and perfectly suited for our stay! Easy contact with the property manager through VRBO was there but we had absolutely no issues that required any interventions or that caused any problems or discomfort. Our successful stay has inspired us for future go-'rounds :-) We also liked the classic charm of the cottage backed by modern updates - we took advantage of the screened in patio, the outdoor deck seating area, living, tv room, and private beach. This was exactly what we were hoping for to enjoy our long beach weekend getaway!
