Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. You will enjoy ocean views with the beautiful Florida sun spilling into each room. The condo has been recently renovated with all new furniture, countertops, flooring, accessories, plus new windows and doors. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach gear and toys. There is even a parking space just for you. (Note, we can only accommodate one vehicle.) Enjoy the condominium patio right along the beach, private beach access, an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach, and on-site common laundry facilities. Our condo is in a small complex of just 22 units in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach Pier. The complex has two floors, and our unit is located on the second. Come and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!

Summary: This place has everything you could ever want and more they went all out to have EVERYTHING you could ever need for a vacation...The place is incredible so clean and so very close to the ocean both bedrooms have a beautiful veiw an area for a cookout and games and beach toys and chairs and just really feels loke home type place..i will most definitely be booking again and can't remember a better vacation Thank so very much

Summary: The stay was absolutely perfect. It was like have a rich relative with a house at the beach. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The two-bedroom space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The owners truly thought of the little things that make travel easier, including a stocked spice cabinet, coffee pods, phone chargers, beach towels, chairs, and more. It was especially appreciated since we flew in and packed light.Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the local guide provided by the hosts was incredibly helpful for restaurants and things to do in the area. It made our time in Cocoa Beach easy, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Summary: Unit was as described. The sheets or air freshener was too strong please consider using a fragrance free option.Also a secondary inside door lock maybe would make guest feel safer at night

Summary: This was an excellent choice for a beach trip with my adult daughter. The beach was just steps away and the rental was comfortable as home. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Too perfect.

Summary: Right on the beach with all the beach trimmings, beach chairs, umbrella and other gear so you can enjoy the beach...condo is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, super clean and in a very quiet area. Plenty of room for four although it was great for me and my wife....we'd definitely stay here again when in the area.
