Summary: Loved the studio apartment vibe above the cafe. Had a great conversation with the chef who was smoking several varieties of meats in his gigantic kettle drum smoker (it filled a one car garage and the aroma was fantastic! Sampled a slice of butterscotch pie from the cafe (my favorite). It was spot on. Hard to choose from the 9 other choices that were available. One tip, please mention that we need to bring body wash for the shower. I'm bald and not a fan of using shampoo or hand soap. :-) Thanks again for a lovely experience. So much better than the pricey hotels in Fayetteville.

Summary: We came to NW Arkansas to visit UARK with my daughter. We drove from GA. We fell in love with this gem of a place instantly when we pulled up. First off, it’s in a small town where everyone knows everyone. Population of 75! The loft is right above a cafe that has been around for years! I woke up to the smell of bacon frying, YUM! Gilmore Girls, anybody? The loft is about 20 mins from UARK. We passed cattle farms, hog farms and beautiful lands. You get the small town feel where you can relax and rest but close enough to anything you want or need. We will be back again and will make sure we come when this loft is available and the cafe is open for business. Joanna who owns the cafe is precious. Carol, the owner of the VRBO replied immediately to any questions asked. Upon request, she gives excellent recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. ❤️

Summary: First time staying outside of Fayetteville and I was not disappointed! Tiny town, quiet and the studio was super awesome! We will be back!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is located over a cafe in a very small town so it is quiet! Great location for us to visit family. There is a small park down the road that was a great place for a morning run. The apt was very clean and well laid out. Plenty of space! Bed was comfy as well. Wonderful communication with the owner also. Will definitely stay again!
