Summary: It has easy access to restaurants and major highways to find your way around. It was quiet, clean and secure. A very comfortable place after putting in full days at the gourd festival.

Summary: The apartment was very cozy and clean however the first time the bathroom was used it clogged and started to overflow until my husband turned off the water. We called and the owner came out immediately to fix. Our first night there one of the long term tenants called the owner to complain they heard a loud crash in the apartment and the owner should check it out. Second night the same tenant complained that we were smoking in the apartment of which neither myself or my husband smokes. So due to the noisy neighbor we will not come back to this location.
