Cosy old derelict farm just 2 hours drive from Copenhagen, with room for 11 people. Ødegården is approximately 250 sqm and is situated on a 10 000 sqm plot. Situated remote as last house on closed gravel road and about 200 meters to the nearest neighbor.
The house is furnished with 4 bedrooms (all with double beds and one with bunk beds), large kitchen / dining area, 2 living rooms, bathroom and toilet. There are wood burning both on the first floor and in the kitchen / family room. Direct access from the living room to the delicious veranda and terrace.
In the house are blue. a. dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV with Viasat, internet, DVD player, microwave, fridge / freezer, billiards, table tennis and darts. Possibility of weekend rental from March to May and September to November. GIVEN 1000 kr / 130 € In DISCOUNT FOR BOOKING OF MIN. 14 DAY OUTSIDE HIGH SEASON.

Summary: We really enjoyed to be at this place for ten days during our summerholidays. The property offers many activities like having a campfire, barbecue and doing sports. Ist’s a great spot for hiking and exploring nature.

Summary: Thank you for a great experience. This was our first visit i Sweden, but certainly not the last, we will be back next year, if possible. The house was great for our many children. On rainy days, they played PlayStation or used their own tablets with wifi. All the other days, we were outside, making a bonfire for saugages and marshmellows. We also had a great tabletennis tournament and played a lot of football on the big lawn.

Summary: Beautifully restored, very light and easy-to-maintain large house in the best possible settings - out in the breathtaking Swedish ''nowhere'' but close to everything! Highly functional home-away-from-home with everything a modern family needs from dishwasher to dryer, a huge fridge for a large family and a large freezer, good shower facilities and two toilets, fireplace and electrical heaters and a game room for rainy days, while keeping true to the old, Swedish traditions of a wooden house - the perfect mix! Very clean and tidy upon arrival and good contact with owner throughout the stay. Situated less than 30 minutes from ICA grocery shopping, a small town including restaurants, exciting experiences such as moose-safari and ''David Lynch-style'' old diner or the candy factory outlet, as well as fishing opportunity and a beautiful ''secret'' teahouse out in the woods and much more! Drive for a little longer and you have everything including the best Wild West theme park we have ever seen! The house itself provided us with the best experience of all - waking up to deer enjoying the morning sun on the surrounding lawn and little baby birds learning to fly day-by-day. The kids were amazed! We had a wonderful stay are sure to be back as well as to recommend this little gem to friends and family! :)
