This is an ideal property for visits of 60 days or more. Just two blocks from Linden Hills shopping and dining and Lake Harriet, this beautiful second floor duplex apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the neighborhood and lake, and quickly get downtown, to the airport and to suburbs. It's spacious and bright with tons of windows and great layout.
Business travelers and vacationers alike will be at home. The modern kitchen and bathroom complement the 20s architecture style. Comfort and privacy all around. The three bedrooms are ideal for individuals or families. The third bedroom can be used as an office or a child's room.
The neighborhood is a favorite for our renowned restaurants, biking, strolling or shopping. Tucked away in its own pocket of loveliness, we're also right near Lake Calhoun, and Uptown, 50th and France and an easy trip to Downtown and the airport. For those who appreciate location, this spot is where you want to be.
Recreation, nature and amazing food are within a few blocks. A charming brewery, fine liquor store with gourmet deli, great bakery and food coop are also within walking distance. In fact, this neighborhood is made for walking, biking, x-country skiing and eating.
At 1350 square feet, the apartment gives you room to stretch out. The windows on all four sides of the apartment allows warm light to stream in. The three bedrooms are nicely separated, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the living room—with a 4k Smart TV—and dining room allow for many spots to relax or do work.

Summary: While we enjoyed the location greatly, and the host was attentive, friendly and available, there were some things about the property that were not ideal. For example, the furniture was uncomfortable and kind of college-frat-house quality. The pillows and towels were old and practically unusable. And while generally clean, certain parts of the property were not, e.g., the sink, linen closet and laundry room. Basically the property, while quaint and wonderfully located, was old, a bit musty, and not particularly well updated. For the price, it was a good value, but it could have been much better.

Summary: This is a charming, comfortable place in a great location. We walked to dinner the first night and found several very good options. Beth is helpful. She made sure we knew about the snow emergency parking rules. We will stay here again when visiting the Twin Cities.

Summary: We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely Linden Hills duplex. The home is just two blocks from great walking and biking paths around Lake Harriet and two blocks from the small village of Linden Hills (great shopping in a few stores and good eating too). The rooms are nicely spaced apart -- allowing our family of four with two adult children to have space for alone time and space for togetherness. We are eagerly looking forward to renting this home in the future. Thank you, Beth, for such a pleasant stay and for responding to our inquiries so quickly.

Summary: Our stay at the duplex was awesome! The duplex was quite clean, on a quiet residential street just blocks away from some great restaurants and Lake Harriet. We loved the thick bath towels! I would highly recommend this home.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! The home has all the basic things you need and Beth was a most gracious host. She quickly responded to our questions. The location is perfect for a family, just 2 blocks from Lake Harriett and Sebastian Joe’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would very likely stay here again.

Summary: Well-kept 3 bedroom, second-floor unit within walking distance of Lake Harriet, neighborhood shops, The Wild Rumpus bookstore, and the excellent Rose Street Patisserie. A few minutes drive to excellent Uptown restaurants. Kitchen equipped for preparing simple meals. Good WiFi access. Plenty of room to keep kids occupied. Owner is highly responsive and thoughtful, even provided welcome snacks. We had a fantastic stay!

Summary: Stayed four nights In this lovely apartment. It was clean, well equipped, and had really comfy beds. The bathroom had fluffy towels and a good shower. Four of us had plenty of room to spread out. I especially liked the dining room for meals and lots of conversation. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were able to park easily on the street. The owner, Beth, responded quickly to messages and was a pleasure to work with. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Summary: Beth was a warm and welcoming host - kindly overlooking our family's miscommunications and leaving a few sweet surprises for us to enjoy once everyone arrived Friday evening. The apartment was well appointed with nice linens and everything we needed to make ourselves at home in the full kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to call it "home" again when Lake Harriet hosts their summer concert series.
