2 Bedroom House in Boothbay Harbor

A first floor (ground floor) condominium in a fantastic location, a beautiful relaxing and spacious home for you to enjoy.
Completely repainted recently, with new floorings, blinds and furniture upgrades - an upgrade of both bathrooms is planned for winter 2023/24.
Year-round accommodation with easy door-front parking.
A comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home in a waterside location, with an easy stroll to the town wharfs, restaurants and stores.
Local amenities galore to make this your special vacation place.
It's not your typical worn-out vacation rental; it was recently upgraded and rentals are only available approximately twenty weeks per year. Regretfully, we allow adults only, and please, no animals and no smokers.
The bedding, linens and towels are renewed regularly.
You will enjoy the views from the deck and have eagles, herons, osprey, ducks, shags and a multitude of wildlife visiting the water.
The small marina is in view and a short stroll through the gardens. You can swim from the little rock beach (if you're very brave! We do all the time but then we're used to cool water!)
Rentals between end October and end April are subject to a four-week minimum period, or negotiable - please contact us for more information.

Summary: My wife and i had the most wonderful relaxing week. As stated in previous reviews, the location is perfect.....quiet, beautiful view from patio, town a very short walk away with great dining and some fun shopping. Botanical Gardens were amazing and a short drive away as were the 5 hiking trails that we hiked and there are even more for those who like that activity. Oysters at Glidden Point, shopping at LL Bean, lobster.......i could go on. We would definitely come back again.

Summary: We loved this place! It was absolutely stunning! The condo is tucked back, but very close to town as well. Only a short 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood, which is exactly what we were looking for. Maurice and Valerie were great communicators and Kilene, the property manager, was a delight. When we come back to Boothbay, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Summary: We searched and searched for the perfect place. Our preferences were it had to be close enough to Booth Bay Harbor but not so close we’d be constantly searching for parking. It must have a view of the water, a full kitchen in case we wanted breakfast at home (ha ha) or late night snacks and it needed some outdoor space to sit and have coffee in the morning and breathe the cool air. We found it! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect. We were within walking distance — 10 mins max to our favorite breakfast spot and all the action in booth bay harbor. The complex is beautifully landscaped with flowers and lots of green space. Our living room had windows looking out to the water/marina and the small open back patio with table and chairs was a favorite spot. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the shower/tub worked great, There’s a full washer and dryer, full refrigerator and stove, Keurig coffee machine, cookware, really anything you need. The beds were comfy and linens were nice quality. Checkin and out was so simple. Kilene was so helpful. We just can’t say enough about our experience. It was a lovely escape from the brutal heat of summer in Texas. We will be back next time and bring friends to use that 2nd bedroom. Outstanding, lovely, perefect.

Summary: Within walking distance of downtown Booth Bay Harbor- you have to walk up a small hill . Beautiful view of the bay. Needs a small amount of updating, but everything was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay in this property and area in the future.

Summary: Location, Location, Location! My friend & I enjoyed staying in this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom condo just minutes away from Boothbay, ME. Each morning I sipped my coffee while looking out at the harbor and watching the boats & ducks come and go. This property has more than you need to relax and enjoy coastal Maine. From start to finish our week was beyond our expectations! Thank you to the Healy family for sharing this slice of paradise with us.

Summary: We were two sisters and their spouses who found this comfortable rental with a view across a small cove facing west. We were treated to glowing sunsets each night. During the day we enjoyed jaunts to the charming small towns and lighthouses close by. The rental was well equipped for a relaxing visit

Summary: The property location is ideal. Short walk to harbor activities, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful and quiet if you choose to just stay put at the condo. Clean and well appointed.
