Positive: The cabin was great clean and comfortable, we had a nice time in the property until storm knocked out electricity

Negative: The response when a storm knocked out electricity and blocked the only exit off the mountain, host never once responded even tho they were told we just got texting, we left as soon as road opened up but never heard from host meaning Jackson Mountain rentals they were notified through 911 call and sheriff’s department and my sister out of state of our plight but they have never to this day responded, we were literally left to our own devices, thank goodness the transformer and tree and electrical lines didn’t spark a fire or we could have been in serious trouble, as the road is one way up and one way down and our escape was blocked! I would tell everyone to beware of renting from them!!

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Only issue was with water in downstairs bathroom and the customer service rectified it immediately. We will definitly book from this company again.
