We are conveniently located in a North Spokane neighborhood, only 10 minutes from downtown and easy access to the Convention Center. Spokane River is within minutes and local lakes and mountains surround Spokane. Couer D'Alene is only 30 minutes away. We are close to many shopping varieties and a host entertainment options.

Summary: This was a nice place to stay. Could use more yard maintenance we had to ask to get the lawn mowed as our dog was eating the very long blades of grass. It is a duplex but did not hear noise from next door. There was a smoker on the patio occasionally in the next duplex on the other side of the fence, but not a big problem. Window air conditioners made it comfortable but loud in one bedroom at night and other bedroom was a bit warm, but the rooms all have big fans. Kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked great. Roku was an awesome bonus! Close easy drive to Gonzaga, easy to get to Whitworth, easy to get to freeway, and Spokane Indians Stadium. Not the best neighborhood, old houses and apts., but we had no problems and they provided locks for fence gates. Easy to walk the dog in the neighborhood. Plenty of parking for our car and cargo trailer.
