Summary: The lovely two-bedroom condo has possibilities that were not realized by this landlord. It was untidy, and the patio had a large plant container void of plants with old dirt left behind. I never utilized the patio. It was unswept and dirty (table and two chairs) The refrigerator contained food leftover from the previous tenant, and the kitchen cupboards held opened containers of food. The rest of the condo was in a similar condition. I loved the condo, but the most disturbing occurrence was that the landlord charged more than what was advertised. She did send a cleaner later in my stay, but by then, I was busy with online Zoom as I was working. The condo had an odor from living in a man's home who did not think cleaning was necessary. I recommend this condo, but be sure you see it or have someone look at it. I would love to get my money back for the cleaning and the overcharging on my account.

Summary: Had everything I needed and wanted. Good location and would rent this place again if I had to. There are some things that could use an update but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Summary: Great and prompt host. Condo is clean and comfortable and had ample things and extras for longer stays. Ample spices, some condiments, dishes, pots/pans, towels, cleaning products, etc. Safe, quiet and clean complex. No complaints at all. Thank you for a great experience.

Summary: Michelle was kind and very helpful, as were many of the neighbors in the community. This is a great long-term rental with everything you need including AC and a swimming pool for those hot AZ days. Great for travel nurses. Ideally located and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Couldn’t ask for a better location! Friendly neighbours. Host was very quick to respond to any questions and had an awesome on site contact. Unit does need some updating but that is evident online. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: No frills. Close to everything we like to do which was good because it took us away from the property. A neighbor opined that this unit “needed a lot of love”. He was right.
